Each first deformed portion extends convexly in a direction toward the metal pad layer, and each second deformed portion extends concavely in a direction away from the metal pad layer. In an extending direction of the first irregularly-shaped edge, a length of the first deformed portion is less than or equal to a length of the second deformed portion.
