A leveling assembly for leveling a bottom edge of an interior wall panel includes an elongate floor channel secured to the floor, a floor rail at least partially disposed with the floor channel for supporting the bottom edge of the wall panel, and at least one leveler at least partially located within the floor rail. Each leveler includes a head couplable to the floor channel, an adjustment rod projecting from the head, and a rail support having a collar and a support shoulder extending outwardly from the collar. The head is substantially prevented from transverse movement when coupled to the floor channel. The collar passes through an aperture defined in a horizontal portion of the floor rail and is threadedly engaged with the adjustment rod. The support shoulder supports the floor rail. The adjustment rod is rotated to vary a vertical distance between the floor rail and the floor channel.

Leveling assembly

A leveling assembly for leveling a bottom edge of an interior wall panel includes an elongate floor channel secured to the floor, a floor rail at least partially disposed with the floor channel, at least one panel support positioned within the floor rail for supporting the bottom edge of the interior wall panel, and at least one leveler at least partially located within the floor rail. The levelers each include a head removably secured to the floor channel, a threaded adjustment rod projecting from the head, and a rail support having a collar and support shoulder extending outwardly from the collar. The collar passes through an aperture defined in a horizontal portion of the floor rail and is threadedly engaged with the adjustment rod. The support shoulder supports the floor rail. The adjustment rod is rotated to vary a vertical distance between the floor rail and the floor channel.

A jamb assembly for a door frame includes an elongate jamb channel defining an interior space, an elongate cap member having a pair of spaced apart opposing in-turned portions, and a clip for securing the cap member to the jamb channel. The clip includes a base, a pair of opposed spaced apart resilient tabs extending from the base, and a pair of spaced apart retaining portions extending from the base, each retaining portion comprising a proximate resilient portion and a distal wing portion. When the base is located in the interior space, the tabs abut ridges that extend partially into the interior space, and the resilient portions are biased to engage the ridges. The resilient portions of the clip are configured to deform to allow the wing portions to pass between in-turned portions of the cap member and are biased to engage the in-turned portions.

Jamb assembly for a door frame

A pivot assembly for supporting a pivot door within a door frame includes a bottom bracket and a lower adjustment assembly that includes a pivot member. The pivot member includes a ramp inclined at an angle to a rotation axis, and a traveling assembly positionable along the ramp of the pivot member. The traveling assembly includes a traveling body, a dowel adapted to move along the ramp, and a threaded adjustment rod. The lower adjustment assembly also includes a locking fastener that is adjustable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. In the unlocked configuration, rotation of the adjustment rod causes movement of the traveling assembly vertically relative to the pivot member, thereby permitting a beam of the pivot door to move vertically relative to the pivot member.

Pivot door assembly

A leveling assembly for an interior wall system includes an elongate floor channel secured to the floor, a floor rail longitudinally disposed within the floor channel for supporting the wall panel, and levelers positioned along the floor channel. The levelers each include a base resting on the floor channel, a threaded rod projecting upwardly from the base, an outer threaded sleeve capable of telescoping movement over the threaded rod, and a threaded nut secured in an opening defined in a bottom surface of the floor rail. The threaded nut supports the floor rail. The levelers vertically space apart the floor rail from the floor channel.

Interior wall system

A leveling assembly for an interior wall system is disclosed. The wall system is composed of a number of wall panels configured for installation in a building having a ceiling and a floor. The assembly includes at least one elongate floor channel secured to the floor and a floor rail longitudinally disposed within the floor channel. The floor rail supports one or more of the wall panels. A number of levelers are positioned along the floor channel. The levelers permit the floor rail to be vertically spaced apart from the floor channel. The levelers are adjustable to level the floor rail in relation to the floor.

A workstation system includes, as a &ldquo;core&rdquo; element, a self-standing service trunk that can be used in association with free-standing desks placed adjacent the trunk, or desk structures that are physically connected to the trunk. The trunk has a top that provides a generally horizontal storage support surface above desk height, and the trunk incorporates power and communication cable troughs for delivering power and communication services from an input location on the trunk to an output location accessible from a desk associated with the trunk.

Workstation system

A wall system for partitioning interior space within a building includes an internal frame made up of vertical posts and horizontal rails extending between the posts. Panels providing a fascia defining a covering on the frame are coupled to the panel by plug-in connectors. The panels may include &ldquo;smart&rdquo; elements or fascias providing writing or tack board surfaces, or an accessory element to which shelves or other accessories can be coupled. Heavier capacity shelves can be coupled directly to the posts of the frame. Electrical and/or data connections can be provided via a horizonal rail incorporated in the skin. The rails can include a plug-in module and wire management channels extending outwardly from the module. The wall system may incorporate a pocket door built on the same principle as the overall wall structure. Also disclosed are a pivot door structure and a patch plate for fitting a standard lockset or latchset to a glass door.
