The present disclosure relates to the technical field of acoustic detection while drilling, in particular to a method and a device for identifying near-bit lithology based on intelligent voiceprint identification, including acquiring rock sound data; pre-processing the acquired rock sound data; extracting voiceprint features of pretreated rock sounds; establishing a rock voiceprint feature database; training the intelligent voiceprint identification algorithms according to the lithology labels and voiceprint feature data in the rock voiceprint feature database; intelligently identifying or predicting the rock voiceprint features using the intelligent voiceprint identification algorithms and outputting the lithology identification results. The present disclosure can greatly enhance the real-time availability and accuracy of obtaining near-bit stratum lithology data in-site, which can effectively improve the reservoir drilling rate and timely avoid drilling risks.

The present disclosure belongs to the field of geological exploration, and particularly relates to a seismic acquisition system based on a frequency domain expansion MEMS sensor, aiming at solving the problem that vibration frequencies exceed the frequency range of the MEMS sensor due to strong vibrations and cross coupling of multi-frequency signals usually occurring in well logging while drilling. When the MEMS sensor suffers strong vibrations or the MEMS sensor that can be selected cannot ensure that the frequency requirement of a measurement signal is stably met, the frequency domain expander of the present disclosure expands the frequency domain of a detection signal, so that the MEMS sensor can measure strong vibrations and out-of-band frequencies to a certain extent, the application range of the seismic acquisition system is extended, and the anti-mutation capability of the seismic acquisition system is improved.

The present disclosure belongs to the field of geological exploration, and particularly relates to a seismic acquisition system and a sensor based on an MEMS sensor with low power consumption, so as to solve the problem that the existing seismic wave acquisition technology cannot balance high accuracy and low power consumption when the MEMS sensor is used. The present disclosure comprises: the MEMS sensor is used for receiving seismic wave signals and outputting MEMS sensor electrical signals; a common-mode voltage adjustment module is used for adjusting the MEMS sensor signals to be within the input range of common-mode voltage of a readout circuit, so as to obtain low voltage MEMS sensor signals. In the present disclosure, high voltage ensures the detection accuracy of the MEMS sensor; and low voltage is supplied to the readout circuit, thereby reducing the power consumption of the overall seismic acquisition system.

The invention discloses a MEMS sensor detection device and a MEMS sensor system, wherein the MEMS sensor detection device comprises: a readout circuit used for analog signal processing of the output signal of the MEMS sensor to generate detection voltage; a cancellation voltage generation circuit used for generating a gravity cancellation voltage according to the detection voltage, wherein the gravity cancellation voltage and the gravity acceleration are in a positive proportional relationship; a selection circuit used for selecting the detection voltage output in a feedback phase and selecting the gravity cancellation voltage output in a gravity cancellation phase, wherein in one detection period, the feedback phase is located after the gravity cancellation phase; and a feedback circuit used for generating a feedback voltage according to the output voltage of the selection circuit, wherein the feedback voltage is in a positive proportional relationship with the output voltage of the selection circuit. The MEMS sensor detection device and the MEMS sensor system disclosed by the invention can cancel the influence of gravity acceleration and improve the sensitivity of the MEMS sensor system.

The present invention discloses a system-level packaging method and packaging system based on 3D printing. The packaging method includes the following steps: providing a carrier; printing a first packaging substrate on the surface of the carrier by using a 3D printing method, wherein metal wires are disposed on the first packaging substrate; fixing a first component to the first packaging substrate, and electrically connecting the first component to the first packaging substrate; continuing to print a second packaging substrate on the surface of the first packaging substrate by using the 3D printing method, wherein metal wires are disposed on the second packaging substrate, and the second packaging substrate has an electrical connection with the first packaging substrate; fixing a second component to the second packaging substrate, and electrically connecting the second component to the second packaging substrate; repeating the above steps to form a multilayer system-level packaging structure in which all components are embedded; and printing a packaging cover plate by using the 3D printing method. The packaging method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, less pollution, high efficiency and high reliability, and meets the requirements of system-level packaging.

A method for detecting trace fungi using single-cell sequencing and a fungi detection kit prepared by the method are disclosed. The method includes the steps of obtaining trace fungal cells, extracting fungal protoplasm by breaking the cell walls of fungi, extracting gDNA from trace fungal protoplasm and amplifying the gDNA, constructing trace gDNA library, genome sequencing, bioinformatics analysis and comparison, and determining the species of detected fungi, etc. The method realizes the high-efficiency detection of trace fungi, and can be directly applied to the isolation, detection, identification of trace and difficult-to-identify fungal samples or mixed samples, and in-depth study of genetic information. The fungi detection method and the kit are applicable to industrial production, environmental monitoring, air testing, soil testing, water quality testing, food testing, drug testing, cosmetics testing, health care products testing and medical testing, and other fields.
