A platinum/black phosphorus-carbon sphere methanol fuel cell anode catalyst and preparation method thereof including the following steps: (1) dispersing a black phosphorus solid in an organic solvent to obtain a single or a few layers of black phosphorus dispersion with set concentration; (2) mixing the dispersion with glucose and stirring until dissolved; (3) performing a hydrothermal reaction on the solution to obtain an aqueous solution of the composite material containing a carbon core black phosphorus shell structure; (4) uniformly mixing the aqueous solution with an ethylene glycol solution of sodium chloroplatinate, adjusting the pH, then reducing the platinum on the surface by using a microwave irradiation heating method; and (5) filtering, washing and drying the obtained composite material to obtain a platinum/black phosphorus-carbon sphere composite material. The composite material is applied to a direct methanol fuel cell anode catalyst, the catalytic and stability performance of which are greatly improved.

Platinum/black phosphorus-carbon sphere methanol fuel cell anode catalyst and preparation method thereof

A method for preparing a label-free aptamer electrochemical sensor of &#x3b3;-interferon based on a dendrimer/gold nanoparticle/molybdenum disulfide nanocomposite is provided. The nanocomposite is drip-coated on a surface of an electrode to prepare a modified electrode, and a terminal sulfhydryl group of a &#x3b3;-interferon aptamer chain is connected to the gold nanoparticle via Au&#x2014;S bond to obtain a nanocomposite-aptamer modified electrode. When &#x3b3;-interferon is present, the &#x3b3;-interferon specifically binds to the aptamer chain on the sensor, resulting in the aptamer's hairpin structure being opened and stretched, which can effectively adsorb methylene blue MB in the electrolyte, causing significant enhancement of MB redox signal. A linear relationship between a current intensity of MB oxidation peak and a concentration of the &#x3b3;-interferon is fitted to construct the label-free aptamer electrochemical sensor of &#x3b3;-interferon.

Method for preparing nanocomposite and label-free aptamer electrochemical sensor of gamma-interferon based on the nanocomposite

A preparation method based on simultaneous package of a target substance and synthesis of MOFs with redox activity, wherein methylene blue is selected as an organic target molecule, the methylene blue is packaged in the MOFs when the MOFs are synthesized by using a one-pot method to obtain ZIF-8 modified by the methylene blue. The drawback that above-mentioned MOFs material does not have electrical conductivity is overcome, the method is simple, rapid and low in cost, and the prepared product can accurately, sensitively, simply and quickly detect dopamine, and a new development direction is provided for researches in the fields of biological detection and chemical analysis, etc.

Preparation method based on simultaneous package of target substance and synthesis of MOFs with redox activity

A electrochemical biosensor based on an aptamer/nano silver probe and an EXO I enzyme. Nano silver nanoparticles having the functions of identifying a target object and generating electrochemical signals and modified by an aptamer are used as a biological probe for detecting target biomolecules, under the initiation of the target object and the assistance of a complementary probe and the EXO I enzyme cyclic shear amplification, and by means of the DNA complementary pairing principle, the probe can be gathered on the surface of a gold electrode, the larger the concentration of the target biomolecules is, the larger the gathering degree of the induced aptamer/nano silver probe is, and meanwhile an EXO I exonuclease target cyclic amplification strategy is introduced in the identification process of the target object, so that the electrochemical biosensor can sensitively and efficiently detect target biological substances.
