Provided is a method for producing tetrafluoromethane through plasma pyrolysis of waste polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The method includes: subjecting the waste PTFE to a plasma pyrolysis reaction to obtain a pyrolysis product, and subjecting the pyrolysis product to quenching and gas-solid separation in sequence to obtain a pyrolysis gas including the tetrafluoromethane, wherein the plasma pyrolysis reaction is performed at a temperature of 1,800 K to 5,000 K.

A method for separating mixed xylene includes steps that the mixed xylene is subjected to adsorption separation by means of an adsorbent having a metal organic framework material, so that one or more of xylene isomers are separated out. The present invention discloses a method for separating propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene from mixed gas, wherein, comprising: a high purity component can be obtained as metal-organic frameworks as adsorbents through adsorptive separation and purification of a mixed gas containing propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene a general structural formula of the metal-organic framework material is [M(CO)(HO)]&#xb7;1.5HO, wherein M is metal ions, the metal-organic framework material is a three-dimensional network structure formed by transition metal ions or alkaline earth metal ions and squaric acid through coordination bonds or intermolecular forces. The metal-organic framework materials of the present invention exhibit excellent adsorption and separation performances for propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene. The cheap and available raw materials for the synthesis, simple operation, and low cost make it cost-efficient for preparation of such metal-organic frameworks. Besides, the good regeneration and repeatability, the adsorption performances kept intact with that of the original one after being activated under vacuum for several times, indicating that they have a great promising and potential for industrial application.

Method for adsorption and separation of propylene, propyne, propane and propadiene

A method for the separation of C4 olefin mixtures using anion-pillared hybrid porous materials as physical adsorbents is provided. The anion-pillared hybrid porous material was constructed by metal ions (M), organic ligand (L), and inorganic anion (A), forming a three-dimensional structure (A-L-M). C4 olefin mixtures contact with hybrid porous materials in certain ways, then each single C4 olefin monomer can be obtained. The pore size of anion-pillared hybrid porous materials and the spatial configurations of the anions within the pores can be fine-tuned and pre-designed. C4 olefins with different size and shape can be efficiently separated by the anion-pillared hybrid porous materials through shape recognition and size-sieving mechanism.

Method for the separation of C4 olefin mixtures

A method for the adsorption separation of propylene and propyne, comprising selectively adsorbing propyne from a mixed gas of propylene and propyne using an anion-containing metal-organic framework material as an adsorbing agent so as to obtain a purified propylene gas. The anion-containing metal-organic framework material is used as an adsorbing agent in the method, and the adsorbing agent is a kind of highly ordered microporous organic-inorganic hybrid material, with the pore size thereof being adjustable within the range of 0.4-1.2 nm, and the pore volume thereof being adjustable within the range of 0.1-1.2 cm3/g. A large number of anionic active sites and a highly ordered spatial arrangement thereof allow the adsorbing agent to exhibit excellent propyne adsorption properties. Thus, the adsorbing agent has a very high propyne selectivity and adsorption volume.

Method for adsorption separation of propylene and propyne

The present invention discloses a process for preparing L-arabinose from Gum Arabic comprising the steps of catalytical hydrolysis of L-arabinose from gum arabic followed by the purification steps including neutralization using alkali, adsorption bleaching, electrodialysis desalination, adsorption separation of impurities and crystallization, with the absolute purity of L-arabinose up to 98% and the recovery as high as 25%&#x2dc;29% of material weight. The disclosed process has such advantages as low cost, environmental-friendliness and simple operation, showing promising in industrial production.

Process for preparing high-purity L-arabinose by using arabic gum as raw material

The present invention discloses a process for preparing high-purity raffinose from defatted wheat germ comprising the steps of percolate extraction of raffinose from defatted wheat germ, decoloration by extraction from the abstraction liquid, electrodialysis desalination, impurity removal by simulated moving bed, concentration and crystallization, with the absolute purity of raffinose as high as 98% and the recovery up to 75%. The process is not only reliable and easy to operate, but also easy to realize industrial production and control the parameters.
