An image processing and controlling system is provided in the present invention. In addition to adjusting the image displaying modes according to the ergonomic look-up table, the present invention is further capable of adjusting the weighting value with respect to each image characteristic value of an initial image according to lighting characteristics of an ambient light system such that a display unit can provide the most comfortable viewing conditions and the best image quality under different ambient lighting characteristics. In another embodiment, the present invention further functions to control the ambient light system according to the image characteristics of the weighted output image. By means of the foregoing dual controlling ways, the image processing and controlling system may provide appropriate output images corresponding to different viewing scenario and conforming to the requirement of output quality.

A method for inspecting characteristics of bended flexible unit is disclosed, which comprises steps of: (a) providing a clip unit, an observing unit, a characteristic-inspecting unit and a controlling unit; said clip unit, observing unit, and characteristic-inspecting unit are electrically connected to said controlling unit which stored a predetermined radius; (b) the clip unit clips a flexible unit and bends the same; (c) the observing unit gets the lateral profile of the flexible unit and sends it to the controlling unit which calculates the bending radius thereof accordingly; and (d) the controlling unit determines if the bending radius is the same to the predetermined one; if positive, the clip unit stops and the characteristic-inspecting unit inspects the characteristic of said flexible unit; if negative, the procedure returns to step (b).

Method and system for inspecting characteristics of bended flexible unit

A clip for detecting bending forces and electrical characteristics is disclosed, which comprises: a base; a clipping head fixedly disposed on the base and composed of a clipping sheet and a fixing sheet combined therewith; and a force detecting unit fixedly disposed the base and contacting the clipping head; wherein the clipping head is provided with two electrodes thereon and the two electrodes contact a substrate when the clipping head clips the substrate.
