The invention relates to a transfer device for transferring products in an industrial processing line for the in-line processing of products, between a collecting surface and a transit zone running alongside the collecting surface, said transit zone comprising at least two longitudinal conveyors spaced away from a slider bed and each intended to transport a file of products, said device comprising said collecting surface, said transit zone, and a transfer tool transferring between the collecting surface and the transit zone, equipped with at least three longitudinal vertical walls, and intended to push, transversely, longitudinal rows of products which rows are each positioned between two walls. This device is wherein at least one wall of the transfer tool is mounted with the ability to move translationally on said tool in a transverse direction, for a movement of pushing said products. Transfer of products between a transit zone and a collecting surface

The present invention relates to a conveyor device, comprising a surface for receiving products that is longitudinally wound around drive means in the form of at least one first drive roller and around at least one return roller, characterized in that said receiving surface comprises a first independent section and a second independent section, said first section extending along a first part of the length of said surface, by winding around said first drive roller and around said return roller, said second section extending along a second part of the length of said surface, distinct from said first part, by winding around a second drive roller. The invention further relates to a dedicated method for conveying products, where the advancing speeds of the sections are controlled independently of each other.

The finishing machine for implementing the method comprises a module built into the conveying device, including means for propelling the objects to a sufficient height in order to feed same to, for example, a capping station, and for carrying out a complementary selection, checking, and sorting operation on said objects.

Method and machine for preparing stoppers, caps, or other types of objects

The conveyor installation makes it possible to control the speed of items of the bottle () type dispatched in several trains distributed across various paths in the form of single-file lanes (). The lanes are delimited by a pair of walls () which are arranged in an omega shape over a base plate made up of several juxtaposed conveyors (). Each lane () may comprise a fixed wall () acting as a reference, and a moving wall () that can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the items that are to be conveyed.

A planar table for accumulating items for conveying equipment, including: two parallel planar inlet and outlet conveyors that are driven in opposite directions so as to longitudinally move the items. The planar conveyors form an item transit area that has a variable receiving surface, and a diverting member for transferring the items, arranged on the inlet conveyor, to the outlet conveyor. The diverting member is shaped as a curved wall arranged on a longitudinally movable carriage. The wall extends substantially over the entire width of the inlet conveyor, between a side chute and a structure arranged between the two conveyors and on which the carriage is attached.
