These enhancer elements of the instant invention may be used in combination with a plurality of promoters to increase gene expression without affecting the intrinsic specificity of the promoters. Also disclosed are methods for using the enhancer elements of the instant invention as well as vectors and transgenic plants comprising the enhancer elements.
