A vibration motor, including a housing with a receiving space, a stator assembly fixed in the housing, a vibrator assembly received in the housing and driven by the stator assembly to vibrate, and a leaf spring connecting the housing and the vibrator assembly. The leaf spring includes an outer fixed portion fixed to the housing, an inner fixed portion fixed to the vibrator assembly, and an elastic arm connecting the outer fixed portion and the inner fixed portion. The elastic arm extends from the inner fixed portion to the outer fixed portion in a manner of rotating around the inner fixed portion. The vibration motor further includes damping glue arranged between two adjacent elastic arms for adjusting vibration damping of the vibrator assembly. The vibration motor of the present disclosure reduces material costs and improves reliability and consistency of a product.

The present application provides a vibration motor, including a casing with an accommodating space, a vibrator assembly, a stator assembly, and elastic members accommodated in the accommodating space. The stator assembly is fixed to the casing, and the vibrator assembly is movably connected to the casing through elastic members. The vibrator assembly includes a support assembly having two ends fixedly connected to corresponding elastic members, and the stator assembly is fixed to the casing. The support assembly includes a skeleton and an adhesive layer at least partially covered on an outer side of the skeleton. The vibrator assembly further includes a coil nested outside the adhesive layer, and the stator assembly is configured to provide a driving force for the vibrator assembly to move along a vibration direction.

A vibration motor, including: a shell having accommodating space, a driving device accommodated in the accommodating space, a vibrator, and an elastic component elastically supporting the vibrator; the elastic component includes a first fixing portion connected with the shell, a second fixing portion connected with the vibrator, and a deforming portion connecting the first fixing portion with the second fixing portion; the deforming portion includes at least two elastic arms and a bending portion connecting two adjacent elastic arms, the fixing portions move close to or away from each other under compression or stretching of the deforming portion, so that the vibrator vibrate along vibrating direction, a damping member is arranged at inner surface of the bending portion close to the two adjacent elastic arms. The present disclosure adopts a new elastic component, which can adjust system damping property while guaranteeing vibrator weight, so as to improve vibration performance.

A vibration motor includes a housing, an electromagnetic driving device accommodated in the housing, a vibrator, and an elastic component elastically supporting the vibrator. The vibrator has a hollow portion penetrating through upper and lower surfaces of the vibrator in a direction perpendicular to vibrating direction, and the hollow portion is defined by a first inner wall along the vibrating direction and a second inner wall connected with the first inner wall, the electromagnetic driving device is in the hollow portion and fixed on the housing, a distance between the electromagnetic driving device and the second inner wall in vibrating direction is greater than the maximum amplitude of the vibrator, on the housing, a stopper is provided between the inner wall and the electromagnetic driving device. The present disclosure can bring the product reliability under premise of guaranteeing the driving force and the size.
