A printed circuit board transmits the collected current and voltage signals of different regions in a membrane electrode assembly inside the fuel cell to PCB connectors, and transmits the current and voltage signals to a data collection module by means of mating of a male of the connector, a female and a male of the standard harness. The current and voltage signals of the PCB connectors are identified, and a local current density of the fuel cell represented by each signal is positioned according to the position matching relationship, so that the current density distribution in the entire membrane electrode assembly of the fuel cell is finally obtained. According to the scheme, stable and reliable transmission of current and voltage signals of different regions on the membrane electrode assembly inside the fuel cell to the data collection system is realized.

Method and apparatus for transmitting current and voltage signals of fuel cell based on connector

A temperature control system for fuel cell includes a fuel cell under test, having two end plates, and the end plates having an area. At least two temperature regulating modules, respectively on a surface of one side of the two end plates facing outside of the fuel cell under test, and an area of a heat radiation surface of the temperature regulating module opposite the end plates is greater than or equal to a first preset proportion of the first preset value. At least two temperature detection modules, mounted to the cathode and anode of the fuel cell under test, for obtaining a measured temperature. A control module, connected to the temperature detection module and connected to the temperature regulating module, for controlling of the two temperature regulating modules to regulate the measured temperature of the cathode and anode to tend to a target temperature.

Temperature control system for fuel cell and temperature control method thereof

The present disclosure provides a performance prediction method and system for a fuel cell in an anode recirculation mode. The method includes: calculating output results of a membrane water transfer equation, a liquid water transfer equation, and a temperature transfer equation based on the membrane water transfer equation, the liquid water transfer equation, and the temperature transfer equation inside the fuel cell; calculating output results of a gas transfer equation based on output results of a first labeling equation according to a phenomenon of nitrogen transmembrane permeation inside the fuel cell; determining gas state parameters in the anode recirculation mode based on the output results of the temperature transfer equation and the gas transfer equation; and predicting output voltage performance of the fuel cell based on the gas state parameters in the anode recirculation mode and output results of a second labeling equation.

Performance prediction method and system for fuel cell in anode recirculation mode

A method and a system for optimizing a lifetime of a fuel cell system based on adjustment and constraint of a thermoelectric ratio are provided. The method includes obtaining initial reference voltages of a plurality of single-machine fuel cell systems, and performing a durability test under a normal operating condition to obtain variation relationships of reference voltage over time; monitoring an operating voltage of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems in real-time under the normal operating condition to obtain a real-time monitored voltage and a real-time voltage deviation; calculating a performance expected attenuation profile of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems under the normal operating condition; obtaining current density distribution and actual available heat of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems, and calculating a health state boundary of each of the single-machine fuel cell systems in stable operation, so as to optimize operating modes of the systems.

Methods and systems for optimizing lifetime of fuel cell system based on adjustment and constraint of thermoelectric ratio

The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for valuating a heat dissipation capability of a test platform of hydrogen fuel cell system. A plurality of PTC heaters are connected in series or in parallel in a primary or secondary dispersion water loop to simulate the fuel cell system with different heating powers. A rotation speed of water pump and whether a PTC is operated are controlled, thereby implementing steady and dynamic tests, and a test for integrative operating condition, thereby avoiding a real machine test from controlling a plurality of parameters. Compared with the real machine of a fuel cell, it can better test the heat dissipation capability of the fuel cell system. During the operation, the device does not need to be supplied reaction gases to ensure the safety of the test. The primary and secondary dispersion tests can be performed separately or in parallel.
