The braking device includes a first clamping plate arranged at a side of the first belt surface, and a second clamping plate arranged at a side of the second belt surface. The first and second clamping plates are configured to move toward each other to allow the second clamping plate and the first clamping plate respectively abut against the second belt surface and the first belt surface, so as to clamp the belt to achieve the braking. The first and second clamping plates are configured to move away from each other to release the belt.

A lifting mechanism includes a lifting beam, a hanging portion suspended below the lifting beam and including a hanging base, a hanging chain, a movable sprocket disposed on the hanging base, a distance adjusting sprocket, and a power mechanism. The distance adjusting sprocket and the power mechanism are arranged side by side and separately on the lifting beam. The power mechanism includes a fixed sprocket and a driving portion. The fixed sprocket is driven by the driving portion to drive the hanging chain to move, so as to lift or lower the hanging portion. An end of the hanging chain is fixed to the lifting beam, and the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the fixed sprocket, and the distance adjusting sprocket, or the other end of the hanging chain engages the movable sprocket, the distance adjusting sprocket, and the fixed sprocket.

Lifting mechanism for overhead monorail and overhead monorail

The present invention discloses a multi-channel impact-resistant intelligent-constant-deceleration hydraulic braking system, and relates to the field of safety braking control for mine hoist systems. A technical point of the braking system is that the braking system includes a braking circuit formed by a constant-deceleration hydraulic system, a constant-deceleration electrical closed-loop control system, and a detection and feedback apparatus. The constant-deceleration hydraulic system is provided with N+1 independent complete oil return channels, where N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3. The oil return channels are disposed in parallel to form parallel independent braking circuits, that is, are 'multi-channel' and do not have a “common output point”. The oil return channel includes a backup oil source, an electro-hydraulic signal conversion and amplification component, an operating mode switching apparatus, and an execution component that are sequentially connected. The oil return channels include one backup channel and N working channels. Functions such as constant-deceleration braking, impact and vibration limiting, rope slip prevention, derailing prevention, and overwinding prevention can be safely and reliably achieved when a mine hoist system normally stops, performs operation braking or performs safety braking, thereby greatly reducing an accident rate.

A vertical lifting device and method are provided. The vertical lifting device includes a fixed frame fixed to a foundation. A first cavity allowing passage of a lifting rope is provided in the middle of the fixed frame. A sliding frame moving horizontally on the fixed frame is arranged above the fixed frame. A second cavity allowing passage of the lifting rope is provided in the middle of the sliding frame. At least two stepping vehicles alternately lowering or lifting weights are arranged on the sliding frame and move on the sliding frame. The stepping vehicles are spaced in preset distances. The lifting rope penetrates through the stepping vehicles in sequence. Each stepping vehicle is provided with a clamping part clamping the lifting rope and a driving mechanism driving the stepping vehicle to move on the sliding frame.
