A fast-mounting capacitor is composed of a capacitor () and a plug-in sheet (). A fixed rod () extends from the lower end of the shell of the capacitor (). The fixed rod () has a fixed slot (). The plug-in sheet () includes an insulating strip () provided above. Plastic elastic clamps () and a connection part () are connected to the lower part of the insulating strip (). Fixing clamping strips () are provided on the inner wall of the capacitor mounting hole (). The capacitor can be plugged in conveniently, and can effectively serve as an insulator, therefore it can prevent conducting leakage of electricity to the box of electrical equipment so as to cause accident when abnormal leakage occurs to the capacitor.

Fast-mounting capacitor

The invention relates to a safety vehicle capacitor. It includes a box-shaped capacitor shell, lead-out electrode sheet, capacitor core accommodated inside capacitor shell and epoxy resin used to encapsulate the capacitor core. Said lead-out electrode sheet comprises of an inner connection end, an intermediate connection portion and outer connection, where the intermediate connection portion is in a shape of 'n' or 'v', one end of said intermediate connection portion being connecting to inner end of outer connection end horizontally, while the other end of intermediate connection portion being connected to up end of inner connection end with an angle; the inner wall of said capacitor shell is provided with inner mounting slot for the lead-out electrode sheet, and said inner connection end of said lead-out electrode sheet is inserted in to said inner mounting slot for fixing; the capacitor shell containing the inner mounting slot has a corresponding outer wall provided with a fixing pillar for the lead-out electrode sheet, and said outer connection end of the lead-out electrode sheet is fixed to the fixing pillar through a fixing element; said intermediate connection portion of the lead-out electrode sheet locates above the epoxy resin surface.

High safety vehicular capacitor

A quickly-mounted capacitor consists of a capacitor () and a plug piece (). The quickly-mounted capacitor is characterized in that a fixation mounting rod () or a screw () is extended from a lower end of a housing of the capacitor (); the plug piece () comprises an insulating sheet () arranged in an upper portion, and a lower portion of the insulting sheet () is connected to an upper end of a connection part (); a lower end of the connecting part () is connected to a plastic elastic card () to form a plastic anchor-shaped elastic card. An upper portion of the plug piece () is provided with a capacitor mounting hole (). The capacitor not only is convenient to plug, but also can effectively play a role in insulation and prevent the accident caused by conducting leak electricity to an electric appliance casing when abnormal electricity leakage occurs in the capacitor.
