The present disclosure provides a backplane, including: a transparent substrate; an electrode layer provided on a side of the transparent substrate and including a plurality of signal transmission lines; a plurality of micro-display light emitting devices provided on a side, facing away from the transparent substrate, of the electrode layer, electrically coupled to the signal transmission lines, and capable of emitting light towards the transparent substrate; a protective layer provided on a side, facing away from the transparent substrate, of the micro-display light emitting devices; and a driving module provided on a side, facing away the transparent substrate, of the protective layer and electrically coupled to the signal transmission lines. Backplane, display substrate and display device

A display panel has a pattern recognition region. The display panel includes a heat dissipation film, a connection portion, and a conductive portion. The heat dissipation film includes an adhesive layer, a heat conduction layer, and a conductive layer that are away from a display substrate in sequence. The heat dissipation film further includes a pattern recognition hole penetrating the adhesive layer, the heat conduction layer, and the conductive layer. A surface of the connection portion away from the display substrate is exposed by the pattern recognition hole. The connection portion is included in the display substrate, or is located outside the display substrate. The conductive portion is disposed at least on a hole wall of the pattern recognition hole, and an end of the conductive portion is connected to the conductive layer, and another end of the conductive portion is connected to the connection portion.

The array substrate includes: a transparent rigid base; light-emitting chips on the transparent rigid base, each light-emitting chip including a chip body and a pin coupled to the chip body, a light-exiting surface of the chip body facing towards the transparent rigid base, and the pin being on a side of the chip body facing away from the transparent rigid base; a driving wire layer on a side of the pin facing away from the transparent rigid base; and a driving chip structure on a side of the driving wire layer facing away from the transparent rigid base. The driving chip structure is coupled to pins of the plurality of light-emitting chips through the driving wire layer, and is used for provide driving signals for the light-emitting chips.

The flexible circuit board is in a non-display region of a display panel and provided with a driving circuit for driving the display panel thereon. The flexible circuit board includes a first main body portion, a second main body portion, and a foldable portion, and the foldable portion is between the first main body portion and the second main body portion. The foldable portion is capable of being bent to fold the second main body portion such that the second main body portion overlaps the first main body portion.

This disclosure relates to a touch display device, including a display panel, a main flexible printed circuit and a first bridge flexible printed circuit that are connected to the display panel, wherein a touch component including a touch IC is provided on the first bridge flexible printed circuit. A first electrode signal line led out of the display panel is connected to the first bridge flexible printed circuit via the first bonding area, and is connected to the touch IC via wiring on the first bridge flexible printed circuit.
