An equipment for simulating high-speed magnetic levitation operation includes a wheel, a driving mechanism, a first test guideway, a second test guideway, a first test object and a second test object. The wheel includes a rim and a hub arranged at a middle of the rim. The driving mechanism is configured to drive the wheel to rotate. The first test guideway and the second test guideway are arranged on an inner wall of the rim, and are respectively arranged on two sides of the hub. The first test object is arranged in the first test guideway, and the second test object is arranged in the second test guideway.

Equipment for simulating high-speed magnetic levitation operation

This application relates to simulation equipment, and more particularly to an apparatus and method for simulating a line running state of magnetic levitation. The apparatus includes a levitation-guidance mechanism, a moving mechanism and a magnetic guideway fluctuation simulated mechanism. The levitation-guidance mechanism is configured to detect a force on a single Dewar of a maglev train to be simulated. The moving mechanism is configured to move the levitation-guidance mechanism. The magnetic guideway fluctuation simulated mechanism is arranged below the levitation-guidance mechanism, and is configured to apply a variable force to the levitation-guidance mechanism. The variable force is configured to simulate a constantly-variable electromagnetic force applied to the levitation-guidance mechanism by a real track.

Apparatus and method for simulating line running state of magnetic levitation (maglev)

A rotary permanent magnet electrodynamic suspension device includes drive systems, a suspension system, an isolation layer. The drive systems are symmetrically provided in an axial direction of the suspension system. The isolation layer is provided between the suspension system and each drive system. The suspension system includes a magnetic wheel, a non-magnetic conductor and a support. The non-magnetic conductor has electromagnetic induction with the magnetic wheel. The support and the magnetic wheel are both ring-shaped, and the magnetic wheel is sleeved on an outer circumference of the support. The drive systems are configured to drive the magnetic wheel to rotate through electromagnetic induction. The magnetic wheel includes an annular array of permanent magnets to form four pole pairs based on radial magnetization and tangential magnetization. A permanent magnet electrodynamic suspension using the device is also provided.

A cryostat device for a superconducting magnetic levitation train includes a conduction assembly, a support assembly and a refrigeration assembly. The conduction assembly includes a conduction shell, a copper box arranged in the conduction shell, and a thermally-conductive support rod assembly. A top of the thermally-conductive support rod assembly is connected with a bottom of the copper box. A bottom of the thermally-conductive support rod assembly is connected with a bottom wall of the conduction shell. A top of the copper box is provided with a superconducting bulk accommodating cavity. The bottom of the copper box is provided with a cooling energy connecting end. A top of the support assembly is configured to support the conduction assembly. A bottom of the support assembly is connected with a bogie chassis. The refrigeration assembly is provided with a cooling energy input end connected with the cooling energy connecting end.

Cryostat device for superconducting magnetic levitation train and operation method thereof

A testing platform for evacuated tube high-temperature superconducting magnetic levitation (HTS maglev) under a high-speed operation state, including an evacuated tube, a supporting platform assembly, a model train and a gantry. The supporting platform assembly is arranged in the evacuated tube, and is provided with a permanent magnet track and a stator winding. A mover and a cryogenic dewar are arranged at a bottom of the model train, and multiple superconducting bulks are arranged in the cryogenic dewar. A side wall of the model train is made of a metal material. The gantry is arranged on the supporting platform assembly, and permanent magnets are arranged on upright posts of the gantry. A testing method using the testing platform is also provided.

Testing platform and method for evacuated tube high-temperature superconducting magnetic levitatrion (HTS maglev) under high-speed operation state

A vehicle running system based on rail transport, including a track, a framework, two levitation devices and a running device. The track is provided with a slot, in which the framework is provided. The levitation devices are provided between the track and the framework, and a top surface of the levitation device is fixedly connected to a bottom surface of the framework through a suspension structure. The running device includes two conductor plates and two running structures. The conductor plates are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the slot, and are corresponding to the running structures. The reluctance force of magnetic wheels is converted into a driving force to drive maglev vehicles, and the levitation force is converted into a guiding force to realize the self-stabilization of vehicle guidance. A vehicle running method based on this system is also provided.

A dynamic simulation test platform for ultra-high-speed evacuated tube magnetic levitation (maglev) transportation includes an evacuated tube having a transition section and a vacuum section, a vacuum maintaining system, a motor supporting platform, and a model train. One end of the evacuated tube is provided with a first isolation door, and the other end is closed. A second isolation door is provided inside the evacuated tube. The vacuum maintaining system is connected to the transition section and the vacuum section. The motor supporting platform is provided in the evacuated tube and extends outside the transition section. The motor supporting platform is provided with a stator winding and a permanent-magnet track. A mover and a cryogenic dewar are provided at a bottom of the model train. The cryogenic dewar is provided with a superconducting bulk. A test method using the test platform is further provided.

Dynamic simulation test platform and method for ultra-high-speed evacuated tube magnetic levitation (maglev) transportation

A levitation, propulsion and guidance integrated magnetic levitation system and an improvement method of levitation and guidance. The system includes a maglev train and a maglev track. The maglev train is provided with a permanent magnet array. The maglev track is provided with a driving device and a levitation driving device in sequence along a running direction of the maglev train. An iron plate is arranged in the middle of the maglev track. The driving device accelerates the maglev train from 0 to take-off velocity. The levitation driving device provides a driving force and a levitation force for the maglev train. The iron plate enables the centered running of the maglev train.

Levitation, propulsion and guidance integrated magnetic levitation system and improvement method of guidance and levitation

A permanent magnet electrodynamic suspension system includes a conductor track and a suspension and guidance device. The conductor track is disposed on a roadbed, and the suspension and guidance device is disposed above the conductor track. The suspension and guidance device includes a first permanent magnet array and a second permanent magnet array. The first permanent magnet array and the second permanent magnet array are the same in the magnetization direction arrangement. The first permanent magnet array and the second permanent magnet array are arranged perpendicular to each other. Levitation, guidance and propulsion integrated superconducting magnetic levitation train

The present invention discloses a superconducting bulk cooling apparatus and cooling method for a high-temperature superconducting magnetic levitation vehicle. The superconducting bulk cooling apparatus for the high-temperature superconducting magnetic levitation vehicle includes a refrigerating machine, a vacuum box and a Dewar tank. A condensing tank is arranged in the vacuum box, and the condensing tank is communicated with the Dewar tank through a nitrogen siphon pipe and a liquid nitrogen return pipe; a heat exchanger connected with the refrigerating machine is arranged in the condensing tank; and a flexible isolation pipe for thermally insulating and isolating the nitrogen siphon pipe and the liquid nitrogen return pipe is connected between the vacuum box and the Dewar tank. The present invention pumps the phase-change nitrogen out of the Dewar tank through a siphoning effect, so that the immersion cooling of high-temperature superconducting bulks is separated from the re-condensation of the nitrogen.

A vibration test bench for electrodynamic-suspension magnetic levitation trains and a testing method using the same. The vibration test bench includes an adjustable track mounting surface, a track base, a guiding track and a simulated levitation device. The track base includes a first track base and a second track base. The first track base and the second track base are respectively provided at two sides of the adjustable track mounting surface. The guiding track is arranged at a bottom of the track base and can be embedded in the T-shaped bolt mounting grooves on the adjustable track mounting surface to move. The simulated levitation device is arranged on the track base and is configured to levitate the magnetic levitation train between the first track base and the second track base.
