A linear vibration motor includes a vibration assembly including a mass block and a magnet assembly fixed to the mass block; and a stator assembly including an iron core and a coil. The iron core includes an iron core body and an extending structure. The extending structure includes first extending portions, first claw poles bending and extending from the first extending portions to a second end portion, second extending portions extending from the second end portion, and second claw poles bending and extending from the second extending portions. The first and the second claw poles are arranged at intervals along a vibration direction and directly face towards the magnet assembly. With the first and the second claw poles staggered along the vibration direction, the thickness of the linear vibration motor is reduced while ensuring sufficient driving force, so that it can be better applied to light and thin mobile terminals.

A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, and a motor assembly. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and a first elastic component. The vibration system includes a vibrating diaphragm and a a voice coil. The voice coil drives the vibrating diaphragm to vibrate and generate sound along a first direction. A first end of the first elastic component is fixed to the frame. A second end of the first elastic component is elastically connected to the magnetic circuit system. The voice coil drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate along the first direction. A mounting groove is defined on the magnetic circuit system. The motor assembly includes a stator and second elastic components. The stator is fixed to the housing. The stator is spaced apart from the magnetic circuit system and drives the magnetic circuit system to vibrate.

Multifunctional sound device

A multifunctional sound device includes a housing, a sound unit, and a motor assembly. The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The motor assembly includes a vibration unit and elastic components. The vibration unit includes driving coils and a mass block. The driving coils are fixed to the mass block and located in a magnetic field range of the magnetic circuit system. The mass block is made of conductive materials. The driving coils interact with the magnetic circuit system to enable the vibration unit to vibrate in a reciprocating mode after the driving coils are energized. Compared with related art, the multifunctional sound device is small in overall thickness and size, large in electromagnetic damping of a magnetic circuit, easy to assemble, and excellent in acoustic performance.

The vibrator surrounds the outside of the magnetic circuit system with space. The coil assembly interacts with the magnetic circuit system to drive the vibrator to vibrate in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The coil assembly includes an iron core fixed to the vibrator and a coil wrapped around the iron core. The multifunctional sounding device of the present disclosure has a small thickness and low production cost.

Multifunctional sounding device

The invention provides a multifunctional sounding device, which includes a housing with a containment space and a sounding unit suspended in the containment space. The sounding unit includes a frame, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a main magnet and a secondary magnet. The multifunctional sounding device further includes a coil. The sounding unit of the present invention is a motor vibrator, the coil is a motor stator, and the magnetic circuit system can drive the vibration system to vibrate to realize the sound production function of the speaker. This allows the to motor and the speaker to share a set of the magnetic circuit system, which is easy to assemble, lower in cost, and saves space for the whole device.

The present invention provides a vibrating motor, an electronic device, and a control method. The vibrating motor includes a housing, a vibrator assembly and a solenoid assembly. The vibrator assembly includes a mass block defining an accommodating cavity and magnets accommodated in accommodating cavity. The mass block are elastically connected to the housing. The magnets are magnetized for providing driving forces in a first direction and a second direction. The first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The vibrator assembly vibrates along the first direction at a first vibration frequency. The vibrator assembly vibrates along the second direction at a second vibration frequency, or the solenoid assembly vibrates along the second direction at a third vibration frequency. The vibrating motor provide vibration senses in different directions and provide large vibration senses for different application scenarios, which is conducive to realization of multiple vibration feedback.

The present disclosure discloses a vibration device includes a housing with a receiving space; and a vibration unit received in the receiving space, including an elastic support member; a stator fixed to the housing, including one of a coil and a magnet fixed to the housing; a vibrator suspended by the elastic support member, including the other of the coil and the magnet; and a battery suspended by the elastic support member; wherein the coil and the magnet interact to drive the vibrator to vibrate relative to the stator for generating haptic feedback. The vibration device in the present disclosure has higher space utilization rate and lower cost.

The sound unit includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system is fixed in the frame, and the magnetic circuit system drives the vibration system to vibrate and generate sound along a first direction, where the magnetic circuit system includes a magnetic gap. Since the speaker and the motor share one magnetic system, the sound unit and the vibrator are assembled in the housing, which greatly reduces occupied space. The sound unit and the vibrator form a dual-vibration system, and the sound unit cooperatively vibrates with the vibrator in addition to generating sound, which improves vibration effects and further avoids adding other components, thereby saving space.

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, including a housing with a receiving space; a vibration unit arranged in the receiving space; an elastic member that suspends the vibration unit in the receiving space; and a coil assembly fixed to the housing and driving the vibration unit to vibrate. Compared with the related art, the linear vibration motor of the present invention is easy to assemble and good in vibration performance.

The present disclosure discloses a linear motor including a housing with an accommodation space, a vibrator and a stator received in the accommodation space and an elastic support fixed on the vibrator and configured to suspend the vibrator in the accommodation space; the stator includes a coil and a copper ring both opposite to the vibrator; the copper ring and the coil are arranged on two opposite sides of the vibrator separately along a first direction perpendicular with a vibration direction of the vibrator. The copper ring serves as a damper providing electromagnetic resilience for the vibrator, effectively improve the automation and efficiency of the manufacture of the linear vibration motor.

The vibrator unit includes a weight with a receiving space and a magnet unit fixed on the weight and inside the receiving space. The driving unit includes an iron core received in the receiving space, two pole pieces respectively fixed on two opposite ends of the iron core along a vibration direction and a coil wound around the iron core. A groove is provided on the pole piece and faces the magnet unit along a first direction perpendicular with the vibration direction. The distance between the pole piece and the magnet unit increases, effectively decreasing the magnetic attraction force between the pole piece and magnet unit and avoiding the non-linear vibration of the linear vibration motor.

A first opening is provided to penetrate a center portion of the diaphragm, and the diaphragm includes an inner edge enclosing the first opening and an outer edge fixed to the frame, the magnetic circuit system extends through the first opening, the housing further includes an extension portion extending from the front cover toward the diaphragm and surrounding the magnetic circuit system, and the inner edge of the diaphragm is fixed to the extension.

To achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a linear vibration motor having a housing body with an accommodation space; a vibration unit accommodated in the accommodation space; an elastic member suspending the vibration unit in the accommodation space; and a coil assembly fixed to the housing body for driving the vibration unit to vibrate. The vibration unit includes a magnet assembly having a plurality of first magnets arranged along a vibration direction of the vibration unit, and at least one second magnet sandwiched between two adjacent first magnets, for forming a magnetic circuit.
