A display motherboard and a method of cutting the same are provided, which relate to a display technology to form a display panel of narrow bezel. The display motherboard includes a plurality of display panels, each of the display panels includes a display region and a sealant arranged at a periphery of the display region, adjacent two display panels in an identical row share the sealant at a first common region, the first common region includes a light shielding region and an insulating layer, the light shielding region includes a first light shielding region and a second light shielding region, the first light shielding region is at a side of the first common region adjacent to the display region of one of the adjacent two display panels in the identical row, the second light shielding region is at a side of the first common region adjacent to the display region of the other one of the adjacent two display panels in the identical row, and the insulating layer is between the first light shielding region and the second light shielding region. The display motherboard provided by the present disclosure is configured to form a display panel.

Display motherboard and method of cutting the same

The embodiments of the present invention provide a display mother panel to be divided into a plurality of display panels. A sealing agent is provided around a display region of each display panel, the sealing agents provided between adjacent longitudinal edges of the display regions of two adjacent display panels in a same row are formed integrally, and a first black matrix is provided on the sealing agents provided between the adjacent longitudinal edges of the display regions of the two adjacent display panels. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a method of cutting the display mother panel. The display mother panel may be easily cut into the plurality of display panels by cutting the display mother panel using the method according to the embodiments of the present invention, and each display panel has a relatively large display area.

Display mother panel and method of cutting the same

Embodiments of techniques and apparatus for open angle detection and processing are described. In embodiments, an apparatus may comprise a first panel having a display, a second panel movably coupled with the first panel. The first and second panels variably define an angle between these two panels. One or more sensors may be disposed in the apparatus and configured to detect an angle change event of the variable angle between two panels. The angle changing information may be used by an application to vary output of the application onto the display. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

Open angle detection and processing apparatus and method

An image pick-up lens system from an object side to an image side includes an aperture stop (), and a meniscus-shaped lens () having a concave surface on the object side and a convex surface on the image side. The lens has at least one aspheric surface and a diffraction grating provided on the convex surface thereof. The lens system satisfies the following condition: (1) 0.1&#x3c;R2/R1&#x3c;0.5, wherein, R1 is an absolute value of a radius of curvature of the concave surface of the lens, and R2 is an absolute value of a radius of curvature of the convex surface of the lens. Condition (1) governs a distribution of refracting power for the lens, in order to correct monochromatic aberrations. The lens system also satisfies other conditions (2)-(4) as disclosed, in order to provide compactness, cost-effectiveness and improved optical performance.

Image pick-up lens system

An image pick-up lens system includes an aperture stop (), a biconvex first lens (), and a meniscus-shaped second lens () having a concave surface on a side of an object. The aperture stop, the first lens and the second lens are aligned in that order from the object side to an image side. Each of the lenses has at least one aspheric surface, and the following conditions are satisfied: (1) 0.5&#x3c;f1/f&#x3c;0.9, and (2) 1&#x3c;T/f&#x3c;1.62, wherein f1 is a focal length of the first lens, f is a focal length of the system, and T is a length from the aperture stop to an image pick-up surface of the image side.

An image pick-up lens system includes an aperture stop (), a biconvex first lens (), a second lens () having a concave surface on an object side, and a third lens () having a concave surface on an image side. The aperture stop (), the first lens (), the second lens () and the third lens () are aligned in that order from the object side to the image side. All lenses in the system are made from a plastic or resin material, and one of them has a diffraction grating formed on a surface. The system satisfies conditions (1)-(5) as disclosed, in order to provide compactness, cost-effectiveness and improved optical performance.

The system also satisfies other conditions (2)&#x2013;(5) as disclosed, in order to provide compactness and cost-effectiveness and to correct fundamental aberrations.

The first lens has positive refracting power and has a diffraction grating formed on a convex surface on the image side. The second lens has positive refracting power. The system satisfies the following condition: (1) 1.4&#x3c;T/f&#x3c;1.7, wherein f is a focal length of the system, and T is a length from the aperture stop to an image pick-up surface () of the image side. Condition (1) limits the total length of the system in order to provide compactness. The system also satisfies other conditions (2)&#x2013;(5) as disclosed, in order to provide compactness, cost-effectiveness and improved optical performance.

The system also satisfies other conditions (2)&#x2013;(6) as disclosed, in order to provide compactness, improved optical performance, and cost-effectiveness.
