A DLP projector includes a light source generating white light beams, a color wheel separating the white light beams into three colored light beams, an integration rod rendering the colored light beams uniform, a projection lens, a DMD, a light-shade and a light-absorbing member. When a light beam on a first path is in use, a micro mirror of the DMD reflects the light beam on the first path to follow a second path towards the projection lens. Otherwise, the micro mirror reflects the light beam on the first path to follow a third, fourth and fifth path out of the projection lens. The light-shade is positioned in a light path of the light beam out of the projection lens. The light-absorbing member is under the light-shade and absorbs the light beam on the fifth path, the light beam on a sixth and a seventh path reflected by the light-shade.

A height adjustment apparatus for a projection device comprises a socket, an engaging member, and a lifting member. The projection device comprises a housing having a front and bottom plate perpendicular to each other, the bottom and front plate defining a first and second opening therein, respectively. The socket comprising a locating portion is located on an inner surface of the bottom plate, covers the first opening and defines a third opening therein. The engaging member comprises a main portion, an engaging portion and a deformable portion. The main portion is inserted through the second opening. The engaging portion connecting the main portion defines a fourth opening aligning with the third opening. The deformable portion has a movable portion located in the locating portion. The lifting member comprises an upright lifting portion passing through the third opening and having a toothed face engaged by the engaging portion.

Height adjustment apparatus for projection device

A height adjustment apparatus for a projector includes a lifting member and an operation member. The projector includes a front wall and a bottom wall substantially perpendicular to the front wall. The front wall defines a first opening and the bottom wall defines a second opening. The bottom wall has a protruding portion extending from an inner surface of the bottom wall. The lifting member includes a supporting portion and an engaging portion. An end surface of the lifting member away from the supporting portion has a plurality of teeth. The operation member includes a receiving frame and an operating portion. The inner surface of the receiving frame away from the operating portion has a latching portion for latching with the teeth of the lifting member.

Height adjustment apparatus for projector

A locking structure of a housing for a portable electronic device is disclosed. The housing defines an opening therein. The locking structure includes an engagement-receiving member, a bended rod, and a securing member. The engagement-receiving member is fixed to the housing so as to partially seal the opening but leave a rod entrance between the engagement-receiving member and the housing. The engagement-receiving member defines two rod-bearing portion at the rod entrance. The bended rod includes two distal shaft portions and a mesial swinging portion. The two distal shaft portions are borne by the rod-bearing portions respectively. The swinging potion is received in the opening and is capable of swinging out from the opening. The securing member is shaped so as to tightly fit into the entrance, thereby securing the bended rod to the engagement-receiving member.
