A resource allocation method includes a processor that outputs a first model based on a page resource allocated to each cache object and a data read hit ratio of the cache object, where the page resource allocated to each cache object is from a memory pool provided by a storage system. The first model indicates a page resource to be allocated to the cache object when a specific hit ratio is met. The processor outputs a second model based on the first model corresponding to each cache object, where the second model indicates a target page resource to be allocated to each cache object. The processor adjusts, based on the second model, the page resource allocated to each cache object. The processor adjusts the page resource of the cache object based on the second model.

Resource allocation method and apparatus

Embodiments of this disclosure provide for a storage device, a cache management method, and related apparatus. The storage device includes at least two levels of storages. The at least two levels of storages include a first-level storage and a second-level storage, and a speed of processing data by the first-level storage is higher than that of the second-level storage. The first-level storage includes at least a first storage area and a second storage area. Hotness values of data stored in the first storage area are within a first hotness value interval, hotness values of data stored in the second storage area are within a second hotness value interval, and the data in the first-level storage is swapped out at a granularity of one storage area based on the hotness values of the data.

Cache management method and storage device

This application discloses a data processing method. A first apparatus obtains a first feature of a first data block in storage space. The first feature includes a read/write feature related to the first data block and a read feature of a second data block adjacent to the first data block. The first apparatus inputs the first feature into an access frequency prediction model, to obtain access frequency of the first data block. The access frequency of the first data block is used to determine a type of the first data block. To be specific, in embodiments of this application, future access frequency of the first data block is predicted by using a multidimensional feature of the first data block (the read/write feature of the first data block and a read feature of an adjacent data block).
