The light emitting device includes: a substrate, and an assisting layer and a quantum-dot layer that are provided in stack on one side of the substrate, and the assisting layer is close to the substrate; a material of the assisting layer includes a non-polar polymer; and the quantum-dot layer includes quantum dots and a first ligand material coordinated to the quantum dots, and a property of the first ligand material changes by an effect of illumination, so that a solubility of the quantum-dot layer in an organic solvent changes.

The present disclosure relates to a crosslinking ligand, a method for patterning a nanoparticle layer, a quantum dot light-emitting device, and a display device. The crosslinking ligand includes: at least two coordinating groups, at least one photosensitive degradation group and at least one thermosensitive crosslinking group, both of which are connected between the coordinating groups. The method for patterning the nanoparticle layer includes: forming a nanoparticle layer on a substrate; attaching a solution containing the crosslinking ligand to the substrate, to allow the crosslinking ligand to form a crosslinking between nanoparticles; performing a light irradiation treatment on a preset region of the substrate; removing the nanoparticles in the preset region; and performing a heat treatment on the substrate. The present disclosure does not need to design the structure of the ligand of the nanoparticles, and can form a nanoparticle layer with high resolution, simple process and high realizability.

A manufacturing method of a patterned quantum dot light-emitting layer includes: forming a sacrificial layer on a side of a base substrate, wherein the sacrificial layer includes a first component and a second component mixed in the first component; forming a patterned photoresist layer on a side of the sacrificial layer facing away from the base substrate; etching the sacrificial layer by taking the patterned photoresist layer as a mask to form a patterned sacrificial layer; forming a quantum dot film layer on a side of the photoresist layer facing away from the sacrificial layer; making the second component decompose under the preset condition to produce the bubbles, to make the first component form the porous structure; and forming the patterned quantum dot light-emitting layer by removing the photoresist layer, the sacrificial layer and the quantum dot film layer attached to the sacrificial layer, by dissolution via a solvent.

The method includes converting a plurality of first block regions of a substrate from having a first property into having a second property different from the first property, the first property being selected from hydrophilic, oleophilic, and hydro-oleophobic, the second property being selected from hydrophilic and oleophilic; coating the plurality of first block regions with a first quantum dots material solution including a first ligand chelated to a first quantum dots material in a first solvent having the second property; converting the plurality of first block regions from having the second property into having the first property, and converting a plurality of second block regions of the substrate from having the first property into having the second property; and coating the plurality of second block regions with a second quantum dots material solution including a second ligand.
