A plug connector includes an insulating body, a first plug conductive terminal set and a second plug conductive terminal set. The insulating body includes a base portion, a tongue plate, at least two projections and a stopper block. The tongue plate extends onward from the base portion, the at least two projections extend from two sidewalls of the tongue plate, and the stopper block is positioned on an inner side of one of the at least two projections. The first plug conductive terminal set is fixed upon one side of the tongue plate. The second plug conductive terminal set is fixed upon the other side of the tongue plate.

Plug connector and socket connector

An electrical connector includes an insulating body and conductive terminals. The insulating body defines receiving holes, each of the receiving holes receiving a respective one of the conductive terminals. Each receiving hole includes a first hole portion, a second hole portion and a third hole portion. Each conductive terminal includes a main body, an elastic arm, and a connection portion. The main body is received in the second hole portion, the first hole portion and the third hole portion are respectively positioned on two opposite sides of the main body, and the elastic arm is at least partially positioned above the first hole portion. The insulating body includes a support portion located on a side of the main body, and the support portion and the third hole portion are located on the same side of the main body.

Electrical connector

An electrical connector includes an insulation body and conductive terminals. The insulation body defines receiving holes corresponding to the conductive terminals, respectively. Each receiving hole includes a first hole portion, a second hole portion and a third hole portion. Each conductive terminal includes a main part, an elastic arm, a connection part, and a holding part. Both the main part and the holding part are embedded in the second hole portion, and are obliquely positioned relative to the X axis of the insulation body. The first and third hole portions are located at two opposite sides of the main part. At least part of the elastic arm is located above the first hole portion.

An electronical connector includes an insulation body and first and second conductive terminals. The insulation body includes a basal part, a middle part and a front end part defining a socketing space. The insulation body defines first and second terminal slots, with both communicating with the socketing space. The first terminal slot is positioned in the middle part and on an inner surface of a lower wall of the front end part. The second terminal slot is positioned in the middle part and on an inner surface of an upper wall of the front end part. The first and second conductive terminals are individually positioned in the first and second terminal slots. The first and second conductive terminals each include a contact part, a connection part, and a welding part. The contact part is positioned in the socketing space and the welding part protrudes out of the basal part.

An electrical socket connector includes: an insulation body, first terminals, second terminals, and a metal casing. The insulation body includes a basal part and a tongue plate connected to the basal part. The first terminals each include a first contact part and the second terminals each include a second contact part. Each first contact part comprises a first front contact part and a first rear contact part. Each second contact part comprises a second front contact part and a second rear contact part. The tongue plate defines first and second recesses. Each first recess is positioned between two adjacent first front contact parts. Each second recess is positioned between two adjacent second rear contact parts.

Electrical socket connector

The invention provides a cable connector component, a board connector component, and an electric connector assembly thereof. The cable connector component includes a connector, a fixed iron shell, and a cable including a plurality of core wires. The connector includes at least one pair of terminal pair, a first insulating body, a first metal shell, a group strip, and a printed circuit board. The terminal pair, the ground strip, and the first metal shell are assembled with the first insulating body. The first metal shell is assembled with the fixed iron shell. The fixed iron shell includes a convex hull which facilitates the cable to insert into the fixed iron shell. The board connector component, includes: a second metal shell including a butting chamber, a terminal group and a second insulting body which are fixed in the second metal shell. The second insulting body includes a base and a clapper disposed at a front end of the base. The clapper includes a first surface and a second surface which are disposed oppositely. A shielding plate is disposed between the first surface and the second surface, and the shielding plate includes a protrusion which is extended out of a side of the base and abuts against the second metal shell. As a result, a new grounding path is formed, which can reduce the electromagnetic interference and strengthen the insulating effect.

Cable connector component, board connector component, and electric connector assembly thereof

Disclosed are a plug connector component, a receptacle connector component, and a connector assembly. The plug connector comprises: an inserting portion; a printed circuit board, one portion of which is coupled to the inserting portion; an upper housing; and a lower housing, on which the upper housing is jointed, a receiving space for receiving the printed circuit board being formed between the upper housing and the lower housing, a side wall of the lower housing being partially outwardly bent to form a receiving groove on the side wall of the lower housing, a side of the printed circuit board being received in the receiving groove, the inserting portion being secured at a front end of the upper housing and the lower housing. The receptacle connector comprises a second metal shell having a joint chamber and a first module and a second module that are secured in the second metal shell, wherein: a first terminal is inlaid and insert molding in the first module; a second terminal is inlaid and insert molding in the second module, a contact portion of the first terminal overlapping a contact portion of the second terminal in a height direction perpendicular to an insertion direction; and a shielding plate is further inlaid and insert molding in the second module.

Plug connector, receptacle connector, and electric connector assembly thereof

An LVDS connection comprises: a plurality of conductive terminals, an insulative housing, a shielding housing, and a first plastic body, each conductive terminal comprising a base portion and an elastic contact portion, and the insulative housing comprising a base body and base body end portions, wherein the plurality of conductive terminals are respectively inlaid and are insert molding on the base body, and the elastic contact portion extends out of a front side face of the insulative housing in a suspension manner. The plurality of conductive terminals and the insulative housing are inlaid and thus insert molding. The shielding housing comprises the first housing, the second housing, and the bending portion, wherein the bending portion is bent to form a receiving space with the first housing and the second housing. The insulative housing is assembled in the receiving space.

LVDS connector

The present invention discloses an electric connector and a cable connector assembly. The electric connector comprises: an insulative housing, a front end of the insulative housing being provided with a first terminal groove and a second terminal groove, a top portion and a bottom portion at a rear end of the insulative housing being respectively provided with a first barrier and a second barrier, a first receiving groove being formed between the first barrier and the second barrier; and a printed circuit board received in a clamping space. According to the present invention, the printed circuit board may be clamped on a rear end of the insulative housing.

Electric connector and cable connector assembly

A conductive terminal includes a base having a plate shape; a welding portion extending from an end of the base and forms an angle with the base; a first positioning portion extending from the end of the base opposite to the welding portion; a second positioning portion extending from the end of the base opposite to the welding portion, the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are formed on the both sides of the base and spaced apart from each other, being coplanar with the base; a bending portion located between the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion; an elastic arm extending from the bending portion along a direction opposite to the bending portion; and a contact portion configured to be electrically connected to a chip module.
