In the forming method of a deep cavity thin-walled metal component with extremely small fillet radius, a global cavity is formed by deep drawing by means of a rigid die, an extremely small fillet is formed by means of aextrusion/pushing die, so that the deep drawing process is independent of the extremely small fillet forming process, and the problems of wrinkling, cracking and the like in the process of forming the two simultaneously are avoided. Thus, the problem that the extremely small fillet is difficult or impossible to form can be solved.

A tailor welded barrel blank is adopted as an original blank for forming of the large-diameter special-shaped cross section thin-wall tubular part. After a desired shape is formed, the original weld joint is removed and butt joint tailor welding is performed on the tubular part again. Since the tailor weld joint of the original barrel blank is removed from the final part, there is no need to consider the consistency or coordination of the microstructure of the weld joint and the base metal during the forming process and the subsequent thermal treatment process.

This can solve the problems that when the existing laser metal deposition technology prepares the thin-walled preforms, the limit width size of a molten pool at high power affects the forming wall thickness of the preforms so that it is difficult to prepare preforms with wall thickness less than 2 mm, and the problems of poor surface quality and low accuracy of preforms due to convex and concave peaks caused by the interlayer overlapping, but also can solve the problems that a laser beam with a preset trajectory cannot act on the end surfaces of the preforms due to preform deformation caused by residual stress in a printing process so that the preforms cannot be continuously formed.

Provided is a performance controlling method for a high-strength aluminum alloy shell during an ultra-low temperature forming process. The present disclosure greatly improves the performance of an aluminum alloy sheet by applying an ultra-low temperature. The present disclosure cools the aluminum alloy sheet to an ultra-low temperature by using an ultra-low temperature cooling medium, so as to compensate for insufficient hardening caused by insufficient deformation and avoid cracking caused by increased deformation. The present disclosure cools the sheet blank zonally according to a deformation law of a desired curved part, and controls the ultra-low temperature distribution of the sheet blank during forming so as to promote the formation of a substructure in a small-deformation zone. In this way, the present disclosure improves a subsequent age-hardening effect, and corresponding uniformity of microstructure and performance, and effectively solves the problem of non-uniformity due to uneven deformation.

Performance controlling method for high-strength aluminum alloy shell during ultra-low temperature forming process

The present disclosure discloses an apparatus and a method for forming a large-scale thin-walled ring shell by hot-press bending with internal gas pressure. The method comprises: welding a first head and a second head to the pipe; arranging a first electrode and a second electrode at the two ends of the pipe; charging compressed gas to the heated sealed pipe assembly; placing the sealed pipe assembly between the convex part of the first die and the concave part of the second die, controlling the temperatures of the first and second dies to perform press bending; increasing the gas pressure in the bent sealed pipe assembly, to attach the bent sealed pipe assembly to the die cavity profile; discharging the compressed gas, cutting the first head, second head and extra material to obtain a formed ring shell segment; welding formed ring shell segments to obtain a large-scale thin-walled ring shell.

A method and device for manufacturing a large-sized thin-walled tubular part by gas-liquid internal high pressure forming (IHPF). A gas and a liquid are filled at a certain volume ratio into a thin-walled blank. The pressure of the gas-liquid mixed fluid is mainly determined by the gas pressure. During the deformation of the thin-walled blank, due to a large compression ratio of the gas, the gas-liquid pressure will not basically change with the change of the volume of a blank cavity. A support pressure on the cavity of the thin-walled blank is stable in the entire forming process. In addition, even if there is a slight leakage of the liquid or gas during the forming process, the medium pressure inside the blank will not fluctuate largely. In this way, embodiments lower the requirements for the sealing effect during the tubular part forming process.

Method and device for manufacturing large-sized thin-walled tubular part by gas-liquid internal high pressure forming

The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a thin-walled metal component by three-dimensional (3D) printing and hot gas bulging. The present invention uses 3D printing to obtain a complex thin-walled preform, which reduces a deformation during subsequent hot gas bulging. The present invention avoids local bulging thinning and cracking, undercuts at the parting during die closing, and wrinkles due to the uneven distribution of cross-sectional materials, etc. The present invention obtains a high accuracy in the form and dimension through hot gas bulging. After a desired shape is obtained by hot gas bulging, a die is closed to keep the component under high temperature and high pressure for a period of time, so that a grain and a phase of the material are transformed to form a desired microstructure.

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a curved thin-walled intermetallic compound component by winding a mandrel with metal foil strips, which comprises the following steps: designing a prefabricated blank; preparing a support mandrel; determining thicknesses and layer numbers of foil strips; determining widths of the foil strips; establishing a laying process; pretreating surfaces of the foil strips; laying A foil and B foil; carrying out bulge forming on the prefabricated blank; carrying out diffusion reaction and densification treatment on a bulged component; and carrying out subsequent treatment of a thin-walled component. The present invention can solve the problems that impurities generated in the separation process of a support mould and a laminated foil prefabricated blank influence the final performance of a part, and a single homogeneous intermetallic compound component in thickness direction has poor plasticity and toughness at room temperature.

The integrated manufacturing method includes: designing a preform, preparing a support die, determining a thickness of a foil strip, determining a width of the foil strip, developing a laying process, laying an A foil strip and a B foil strip, obtaining an AB laminated preform, bulging the preform, performing a reactive synthesis and a densification process of a bulged component, and performing a subsequent treatment of the thin-walled component. Various embodiments obtain an integral thin-walled preform with a complex structure, a uniform wall thickness and a shape close to the final part by continuously laying a metal foil strip with an appropriate width.

A method for quick forming of a metal sheet. In an embodiment, the method includes the following steps: placing a metal sheet blank to be formed on a forming mold; introducing high-pressure gases with equal pressures simultaneously into upper and lower enclosed cavities respectively formed by the metal sheet blank and the sealing mold, and the metal sheet blank and the forming mold; heating the metal sheet blank to a preset forming temperature condition; quickly releasing the high-pressure gas from the cavity formed by the metal sheet blank and the forming mold, such that the metal sheet blank bulges; and discharging the gas from the cavity formed by the metal sheet blank and the sealing mold, and opening the mold to obtain a formed metal sheet part.

A lamination manufacturing method for large-sized metal components with complicated structures is provided, relating to a part manufacturing method to solve the problem that traditional machining, entire plastic forming and the existing additive manufacturing method are difficult to manufacture large-sized metal components with complicated special-shape structure and high-performance requirement. The manufacturing method includes the steps: step 1. obtaining a three-dimensional digital model of a large-sized metal component with complicated structure, and dividing the model into a plurality of slice layers; step 2. selecting the actually available metal sheet corresponding to the thickness of each slice layer divided in step 1, and machining each metal sheet to obtain a shaped sheet consistent with the model of each slice layer in step 1; step 3. stacking the shaped sheets obtained through machining of step 2 according to the order of the corresponding slice layers in step 1; and step 4. obtaining a required large-sized metal component with complicated structure after all the shaped sheets are connected into a whole. The present invention is used for shaping large-sized components with complicated deep cavity and inner hole structures.

Lamination manufacturing method for large-size and complex-structure metal components

The present invention provides a die capable of achieving rapid forming and quenching therein. The die includes an upper die, a blank holder and a lower die, where the upper die is composed of an internal solid die core and a thin-walled skin. Grooves in communication with each other are disposed between the internal solid die core and the thin-walled skin. In a forming stage, the grooves are not filled or filled with a heat insulating material such as a gas; and in a quenching stage, a low-temperature medium is introduced into the grooves. The die can be used to achieve rapid forming and quenching of metal materials of different types and thicknesses.
