An engine valve actuation mechanism for producing a variable engine valve event includes a cam, a rocker arm, a rocker arm shaft, an eccentric rocker arm bushing, and a bushing actuation device. The eccentric rocker arm bushing is disposed in an axial hole in the rocker arm, the rocker arm shaft being disposed in the eccentric rocker arm bushing with the rocker arm shaft and the eccentric rocker arm bushing having offset axial centerlines. One end of the rocker arm and the cam is connected to form a kinematic pair and the other end of the rocker arm is located above the engine valve with a gap between the cam and the engine valve. The bushing actuation device is placed in the rocker arm and drives the eccentric rocker arm bushing to rotate, and the rotation of the eccentric rocker arm bushing changes the gap to generate the variable engine valve event.

Also, during a returning process of the valve lift of the engine exhaust valve () after reaching the maximum position, repositioning of the reset valve is used to maintain a supply of pressure within the hydraulic fluid passage, the brake piston () is allowed to be positioned at an extended position, and the motion transmission between the cam () and the engine exhaust valve () is resumed. The apparatus for resetting the valve lift can be integrated within an engine exhaust valve brake, and is structurally simple, convenient to install and to adjust, thereby improving safety and reliability.

A fixed chain engine braking device includes a brake box, a driving mechanism and a braking mechanism. One upright blind hole and one horizontal blind hole are placed in the brake box, and the upright blind hole intersects the horizontal blind hole orthogonally. When the rocker arm is driven by a braking cam lobe of a cam, an exhaust valve is opened to realize braking by a braking piston inside the braking piston hole. An apparatus for dispensing liquid fuel comprises a plurality of inlet valves, each connected in-line with a respective inlet pipe in fluid communication with a respective source of a specific liquid fuel. A plurality of outlet valves are also provided, each connected in-line with a respective outlet pipe. A respective fuel hose is in fluid communication with each of the outlet pipes. The apparatus further comprises a coriolis flow meter located between the inlet valves and outlet valves, the coriolis flow meter providing a flow signal indicative of flow therethrough. A controller is operative to receive the flow signal and control the valves such that selected inputs of specific liquid fuels are dispensed to at least one of the fuel hoses. In accordance with an exemplary embodiment, the selected inputs of specific liquid fuels may include individual liquid fuels and blended combinations thereof. For example, the specific liquid fuels may include at least two of the following: a first octane gasoline, a second octane gasoline, diesel fuel, biodiesel and ethanol.
