A chromaticity measurement method and device for calibration of a tiled LED display screen (A) having the advantages of convenience in operation and accurate measurement. The chromaticity measurement method includes: imaging emergent light from the tiled LED display screen (A) with an objective lens (); receiving a light beam from the objective lens () with a transflective lens () and performing beam splitting to obtain a first light beam and a second light beam; receiving the first light beam with an imaging sensor () to obtain an original image; receiving the second light beam in a two-dimensional lattice form with a movable optical fiber array coupling device (), and converting the second light beam into one-dimensional lattice light; and obtaining chromaticity information and spectrum information of a plurality of regions on the tiled LED display screen (A) according to the one-dimensional lattice light with a spectrum acquisition device (). The emergent light is split, analysis is performed with the imaging sensor (), chromaticity measurement and spectrum measurement are performed with a spectrometer (), and calibration and correction are performed on the imaging sensor () on the basis of measurement results of the spectrometer ().

Chromaticity measurement method and device for calibration of tiled LED display screen

An automatic optical inspection device, including an image storage unit; an image computing unit; and an image acquisition unit. The image storage unit includes a first communication interface and a second communication interface. The image computing unit includes a first optical interface, a second optical interface, a third optical interface, and a fourth optical interface; the image acquisition unit includes a third communication interface and a camera interface. The image storage unit is configured to transmit configuration parameters and test commands to the image computing unit, receive a test result transmitted from the image computing unit via the first communication interface, and receive data from the image acquisition unit via the second communication interface. The image computing unit is configured to receive the configuration parameters and test commands from the image storage unit, and transmit the test result to the image storage unit via the first fiber interface.

Automatic optical inspection device based on CPU+GPU+FPGA architecture

Image acceleration processing device for automatic optical inspection of LCD module

An ultrasound-assisting quenching process includes: S1) connect the workpiece with the ultrasonic unit tightly; S2) heat the workpiece to the quenching temperature and then hold for a period of time; S3) start the ultrasonic unit, then the ultrasound energy can be injected into the workpiece directly; and S4) put the workpiece into the coolant quickly to make the workpiece to be quenched. The device for this process mainly includes the ultrasonic unit and a heating unit. This invention inputs the ultrasound energy into the workpiece during the quenching process. Under the action of the ultrasound, the grain size of the workpiece after quenching process will be much smaller compared with the conventional quenching process. Therefore, the ultrasound-assisting quenching process can improve the strength and plasticity of the material, and extend the life of the workpiece.
