The present application provides a power supply system for supplying power to network device, comprising power supply module, housing, and stereoscopic accommodating space therebetween. The power supply module without a fan comprises: a primary circuit comprising at least one primary switch and configured to receive AC input voltage and convert the AC input voltage into a first voltage; a transformer comprising primary and secondary windings and configured to convert the first voltage into a second voltage, the primary winding is coupled to the primary circuit; and a secondary circuit comprising at least one secondary switch and configured to convert the second voltage into a DC output voltage for the network device, the secondary circuit is coupled to the secondary winding, the secondary switch adopts SMT package, and power density of the power supply module is 60 W/inchor more. The stereoscopic accommodating space is filled with liquid coolant for cooling.

Power supply system for supplying power to network device

A power supply structure comprises a housing, a socket and a fan. The housing has a main housing, a terminal housing and a front panel, wherein the terminal housing connected with the main housing. The fan and the terminal housing disposed on one end of the main housing, and the fan attached to the front panel. The socket arranged in parallel with the fan and connected to the terminal housing.

Power supply structure

A power module and a power device having the power module are disclosed. The power device includes a main board. The power module is inserted in the main board and includes a PCB, a magnetic element, a primary winding circuit and at least one secondary winding circuit. The magnetic element is provided on the PCB and includes a core structure, a primary winding and at least one secondary winding. The core structure has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and a third side and a fourth side opposite to each other. The primary winding circuit is provided on the PCB and positioned in the vicinity of the first or second side of the core structure. The secondary winding circuit is provided on the PCB and positioned in the vicinity of the third or fourth side of the core structure.

Power module and power device

A synchronous rectification module includes a transformer, a first conducting member and a synchronous rectification unit. The transformer includes plural secondary winding assemblies. The outlet ends of the secondary winding assemblies are protruded out from a first lateral region and a second lateral region of the transformer. The first conducting member is located at a third lateral region of the transformer. The synchronous rectification unit includes a first circuit board and a second circuit board. The first circuit board is connected with the first conducting member and located at the first lateral region. The second circuit board is connected with the first conducting member and located at the second lateral region. The outlet ends of the secondary winding assemblies are penetrated through corresponding first insertion holes of the first circuit board and corresponding second insertion holes of the second circuit board.

A power conversion device includes a main board, a connector module, an input conversion module, a capacitor, an output conversion module, a control module and a conducting part. The main board includes two lateral edges along a first direction and two lateral edges along a second direction. The connector module is mounted on the main board, and includes an input connector and an output connector. The output connector is located under the input connector. The input conversion module, the output conversion module and the control module are perpendicularly mounted on the main board. The conducting part is in parallel with the control module and electrically coupled with the input connector or the output connector. The connector module, the input conversion module, the capacitor and the output conversion module are mounted on the main board and arranged in a line along the second direction.

Power conversion device

A power conversion device includes a main board, an electromagnetic interference filter module, an auxiliary power module, a capacitor group, a main power unit, a control plate, an output bus bar and a fan. A first air channel is formed between the auxiliary power module and the electromagnetic interference filter module. A second air channel is formed between two rows of the capacitor group. A third air channel is formed between the two main power conversion modules of the main power unit. The control plate is perpendicularly installed on the main board. The output bus bar is perpendicularly installed on the main board, arranged in parallel with the control plate and located near the control plate. The fan is located near the main power unit and producing airflow to the first air channel, the second air channel and the third air channel.
