A deadtime regulation device and a converter having the same are provided. The converter further includes a first switch, the deadtime regulation device includes a communication bus, an integrated circuit and a controller, and the integrated circuit includes a second switch, a sampling processing circuit and a bus control circuit. The control signals of the first and second switches are complementary, and the control signal of the second switch has a dead time. The sampling processing circuit is for sampling the voltage on the second switch to obtain a duration of the dead time and generating the digital signal accordingly. The controller receives the digital signal from the bus control circuit through the communication bus and adjusts the duration of the dead time according to the received digital signal. The controller performs alignment of the communication timing sequence of the communication bus before transmitting the digital signal.

Deadtime regulation device and converter having the same

A power conversion module is disclosed. The power conversion module includes a power conversion module includes a circuit board and a first basic power unit. The first basic power unit is disposed on the circuit board and includes a magnetic device, a primary switch circuit, a first secondary rectifying circuit and a first positive output terminal pin. The primary switch circuit, the first secondary rectifying circuit, the magnetic device and the first positive output terminal pin are sequentially arranged on the circuit board along a first direction.

Power conversion module

A power converter includes N power conversion units. Each power conversion unit includes a main switching circuit, a transformer, a synchronous rectifier circuit, an input signal terminal and a signal processor. A primary winding of the transformer is connected with the main switching circuit. The synchronous rectifier circuit is connected with a secondary winding of the transformer. The input signal terminal receives a first PWM control signal. The signal processor generates first and second PWM driving signals to drive the main switching circuit according to the first PWM control signal, and a phase difference between the first and second PWM driving signals is (180&#xb1;&#x3b8;) degree. The signal processor generates third and fourth PWM driving signals to drive the synchronous rectifier circuit according to the first PWM control signal, and a phase difference between the third and fourth PWM driving signals is (180&#xb1;&#x3b8;) degree.

Power converter

The present disclosure discloses a DC-DC converter and a DC-DC converter system thereof. The DC-DC converter includes: a power conversion circuit; and a current detection circuit for detecting current flowing into or flowing out of the power conversion circuit, which includes: an inductor coupled to the power conversion circuit; a detection module including an induction winding and an impedance component electrically connected in series, the detection module and the inductor being connected in parallel; and an output module coupled to two ends of the impedance component for generating a current detection signal reflecting the current flowing into or flowing out of the power conversion circuit.

DC-DC converter and DC-DC converter system thereof

A DC/DC converter and a control method thereof are disclosed. The DC/DC converter comprises: an output voltage regulation circuit configured to regulate an output voltage of the DC/DC converter, so as to output a duty cycle regulation signal; a PWM generator electrically coupled to the output voltage regulation circuit and configured to generate a first duty cycle signal according to a first clock signal and the duty cycle regulation signal; a detection circuit configured to output a control signal according to a second clock signal and a feedback signal, wherein the feedback signal is configured to detect whether or not the transient change of an input voltage of the DC/DC converter occurs; and a CBC regulation circuit electrically coupled to the PWM generator and the detection circuit, and configured to receive the first duty cycle signal and the control signal and output a second duty cycle signal.

DC/DC converter and control method of DC/DC converter

The present disclosure discloses a DC/DC converter and a DC/DC conversion system. The DC/DC converter includes a transformer, a primary power circuit, a secondary bridge synchronous rectifying circuit, an output inductor and a control circuit. The primary power circuit receives an input voltage, and deliver a symmetrical power flow to a secondary side of the transformer during positive and negative switching cycles, and a magnetic flux in the transformer core is balanced through the above symmetrical power flow. The rectifying circuit is coupled to a secondary winding of the transformer. The control circuit provides primary and secondary driving signals to the primary power circuit and the rectifying circuit, respectively. When an output voltage of the primary power circuit is zero, the control circuit controls the first, the second, the third and the fourth switches to be conductive.

DC to DC converter and DC to DC conversion system

A power converter includes a power module, a feedback module, and a control module. The power module is used for converting an input voltage into an output voltage. The feedback module is electrically connected with the power module for generating a feedback voltage according to the output voltage. The control module is electrically connected with the feedback module and the power module for comparing a reference duty cycle value with a duty cycle, generating a variable reference voltage according to the comparison between the reference duty cycle value and the duty cycle, comparing the variable reference voltage with the feedback voltage, and adjusting the duty cycle according to the comparison between the variable reference voltage and the feedback voltage.
