A method of leak detection for oil and gas pipeline based on excitation response and system thereof includes: applying an active excitation signal (a pressure pulse directly input by human) or a passive excitation signal (a pressure fluctuation caused by opening and closing valves, etc.) to an oil and gas pipeline with existing leakage points, the excitation signal is reflected at the pipeline boundary and the leakage, and the reflected pressure wave continues to propagate to upstream and downstream, and finally is collected by the dynamic pressure transducer, then the existing leakage of the pipeline is detected and positioned by analyzing the transient response signal and the reflected pressure wave of leakage signal.

Method and system of leak detecting for oil and gas pipeline based on excitation response

An eddy current probe based on a Halbach array coil includes a first coil, a second coil, a third coil, a fourth coil and a fifth coil arranged in a form of a Halbach array. One side with dense magnetic induction lines is used as a displacement measurement direction of the eddy current probe.

Disclosed is an integrated acceleration, speed and vibration sensor. The sensor includes a housing, a base, a sensing and signal processing circuit, a current loop circuit, an anti-surge PTC and an aviation plug. The housing is mounted on the base. The sensing and signal processing circuit and the current loop circuit are used to fabricate a PCB circuit board, and then the PCB circuit board is mounted in the housing. A power supply and signal line is connected to the aviation plug. An M6 threaded hole is formed in a bottom of the housing of the sensor and is used to connect with an object to be detected. A power supply is negatively connected to one end of a varistor and the other end of the varistor is connected to the housing as the anti-surge PTC to play a protective role. The M6 threaded hole formed in the bottom of the housing of the sensor is used to connect with the object to be detected and improve the stability. At the same time, after the PCB circuit board is mounted, adhesive filling is performed to improve the vibration resistance.

A four valve disc frictionless ball valve includes a spherical valve core assembly, wherein the spherical valve core assembly includes a wedge-shaped valve core. A closed-position valve disc is respectively installed on a pair of closed-position wedge-shaped sides. A closed-position guide key is respectively arranged at the middle positions of the pair of closed-position wedge-shaped sides along an axial direction. A closed-position guide groove is arranged on each closed-position valve disc along the axial direction. An open-position valve disc is respectively installed on a pair of open-position wedge-shaped sides. An open-position guide key is respectively arranged at the middle positions of the pair of open-position wedge-shaped sides along the axial direction. An open-position guide groove is arranged on each open-position valve disc along the axial direction.
