The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a self-service express cabinet and a package delivery method. The self-service express cabinet may include: a cabinet body including a sending window and a chamber, wherein the sending window may be connected with the chamber, and the sending window may be disposed on a surface of the cabinet body; a human-machine interaction device disposed on the cabinet body for information interaction with a user; an inspection device disposed in the chamber and capable of performing security inspection on a package dropped into the chamber for delivery, wherein the inspection device may have a receiving end and an output end, and at least part of the receiving end may be located within a scope of a forward projection of the sending window; and at least one storage component disposed in the chamber and corresponding to the output end.

Self-service express cabinet and package delivery method

The invention discloses an integrated security inspection system, comprising: a server, an information input unit in an information input area, a tray distributing and associating unit and a security inspection imaging and sorting unit in a baggage check area. The tray distributing and associating unit distributes a tray with an identifier to a piece of baggage. The information input unit obtains and sends information of a person to the server. The tray distributing and associating unit obtains and sends information of the person and the identifier of the tray to the server, which processes them to generate a first association information. The security inspection imaging and sorting unit checks the baggage to obtain a security image, read the identifier, and send them to the server, which processes them to generate a second association information. The server matches and stores the information of the person with information of the security image.

Integrated security inspection system

X-ray scanning methods and systems are provided in embodiments of the present inventions. According to one illustrative implementation, an exemplary method may comprise: collecting background data when no X-ray is emitted; collecting air data when X-rays are emitted and there is no object to be scanned in an inspection channel; scanning an object to collect original scanning data; and preprocessing the original scanning data according to the background data and the air data to acquire scanned image data. In some embodiments, when performing an X-ray scanning of a static object, implementations may measure the background data and the air data and process the scanning data, thereby solving noise issues caused by mechanical vibration and thus improving the measurement accuracy.

X-ray scanning method and system

A trailer system for inspecting a vehicle inspection includes a trailer having a trailer body, the trailer bearing a vehicle to be inspected, a turning member rotatably provided on an upper surface of the trailer for abutting against wheels of the vehicle to be inspected that has halted on the trailer, and a turning plate rotation driving mechanism provided on the trailer for driving the turning plate to turn toward the upper surface of the trailer. The trailer system can trail the trailer with various loads passing through an inspection system such as a scanning passage, while bearing a heavy load, and maintaining the strength and rigidity thereof without damaging the vehicle to be inspected. A radiation imaging inspection system includes the trailer system.

Trailer system for inspecting vehicles and inspection system having the same

Disclosed is a relocatable vehicle inspection system. The relocatable vehicle inspection system includes a radiation source for radiating radials; a detection array for receiving the radials from the radiation source, so that an image of the cargo on the vehicle to be inspected may be obtained; a moving device on which the radiation source and the detection array are disposed; and a ramp-platform device. The ramp-platform device includes first and second intermediate parts (); first, second, third and fourth ramp parts (); first, second, third and fourth transitional parts (). The first and second transitional parts can be foldably or removably connected to the first intermediate part, and the third and fourth transitional parts can be foldably or removably connected to the second intermediate part. The said ramp-platform device can be placed onto or removed away from the moving device under disassembling and folding conditions.

On-board relocatable vehicle inspection system having ramp-platform device

Disclosed is a ramp-platform device for an on-board relocatable small vehicle inspection system. The ramp-platform device includes a connection frame having a rectangular shape and defining therein an inner space, first and second intermediate parts which are disposed in parallel with each other and at two opposite sides of the connection frame, first to fourth ramp parts having a substantially triangle shaped longitudinal section. The first and second ramp parts are removably connected to the two opposite ends of the first intermediate part separately, and the third and fourth ramp parts are removably connected to the two opposite ends of the second intermediate part separately. The height of a top end of the first to the fourth ramp parts is substantially equal to the height of the first and second intermediate parts. When it is not in use, the ramp-platform device may be placed on the scanning vehicle of the moving device in a disassembling and folding conditions, and when it is under inspection, the vehicle to be inspected is raised to a predetermined height by assembling and spreading the ramp-platform device, so that a chassis and wheels of the small vehicle may be entered into the scanning range to achieve the inspection of each part of the small vehicle.

The present invention discloses direction correcting apparatus and method thereof for a movable radiation inspecting system having a moving device. The direction correcting apparatus comprises: a direction detecting device for detecting a moving direction of the moving device and generating a detecting signal indicating the moving direction; a direction control device for controlling the moving direction of the moving device; and a control unit for calculating a deviation value between the moving direction and the predetermined direction based on the detected signal received from the direction detecting device, and the direction control device is driven according to the deviation value to correct the moving direction to the predetermined direction. The direction correcting apparatus according to the present invention can automatically control the movable radiation inspecting system to move linearly in a predetermined direction during working, which enhances automatic control degree, and has a simple structure with installing easily and reduced cost. And it also does not influence the normal running of the inspecting system on a road while not inspecting.

A mobile vehicle inspection system includes a moving device; a driving device for driving the moving device to move during scanning inspection; a radiation source disposed on the moving device for emitting a ray; a rotary table pivotally disposed on the moving device; an upright post installed on the rotary table at a lower end of the upright post; transverse detector beam having an end connected with an upper end of the upright post; the upright detector beam having an upper end connected with the other end of the transverse detector beam, and extending downwards from the other end of the transverse detector beam so that the upright post, the transverse detector beam and the upright detector beam constitute a frame of a substantial inverted 'U' shape, a ray emitted from the radiation source so as to inspect a vehicle to be inspected which passes through the inverted-'U'-shaped frame.

Mobile vehicle inspection system

The present invention discloses a pulling device for a container inspection system including a pulling vehicle () arranged inside an inspection passage, a winch () and wire tension mechanisms ('). Front and rear ends of the pulling vehicle are connected to a wire rope so as to drive the pulling vehicle to move back and forth inside the inspection passage. The wire rope connected to front and rear ends of the pulling vehicle is wound around a wire tension mechanism arranged at front and rear ends of the inspection passage and is turned around by a swerving pulley () which is positioned at the same horizontal plane as that of the wire rope, the pulling vehicle, and the wire tension mechanisms, then the wire rope passes through the vertical pulley block, and finally it is connected to a single winding drum () of the winch () and wound around the single winding drum () respectively. Compared with the prior arts, the present invention is advantageous in reduction in equipment investment and decrease in area occupied by the pulling device. Further, the inspection operation can be carried out more reliably and safely.

The present invention discloses a reversible plate positioning device for a stationary radiation imaging trailer system, comprising a left platform (-) and a right platform (-) that can be connected with a trailing part () of a trailer frame and ground locking part (), the left platform (-) and right platform (-) provided with slopes () for the uploading of a vehicle to be detected respectively at the front ends and with positioning recesses () at the middle of an upper surface, each positioning recess () being provided with a wheel-locking device (), wherein, each wheel-locking device () comprises of a pivotable crank plate () that is hinged to the positioning recess () and can rotates about the pivot axis thereof, a chain () connected with the crank plate (), a pull-rod () connected with the chain (), and a fixing sleeve () corresponding to the pull-rod (), in which a spring () is provided in the fixing sleeve (), and when the vehicle to be detected is located in the positioning recesses (), each crank plate () rotates around the pivot axis thereof under the elastic force of the spring () so that the crank plate () is tilted at the front of each positioning recesses (), and thus the wheels are locked in the positioning recesses (), a carrier rod () biasing the spring () is respectively provided at the end of each fixing sleeves (), when the trailer is arrived, the carrier rods () bias the springs () under external force, so that each crank plates () slacks under the function of the pull-rod (). By the aforementioned device, the vehicle to be detected can be stably driven out of the trailer platforms, avoiding the impact to the vehicle to be detected and the trailer during downloading.
