The first magnetic field generating device () is detachably provided below a surface, used for containing the material () to be processed, of the forming base (); second magnetic field generating devices () are provided above the forming base ().

High-energy beam additive manufacturing forming device and forming method

The present disclosure relates to the field of directional solidification, and in particular, to an apparatus, method, and process for directional solidification by liquid metal spraying enhanced cooling (LMSC). The process has the following beneficial effects: the apparatus of the present disclosure can regulate a solidification structure of a casting, refine a dendrite spacing, and reduce or avoid metallurgical defects, and can be used to prepare high-quality large-sized columnar/single crystal blades or other castings.

Apparatus, method, and process for directional solidification by liquid metal spraying enhanced cooling (LMSC)

A laser-solid-forming manufacturing device includes a laser emitter, a magnetic field generator, and a forming platform. The laser emitter emits a laser beam which acts on a feedstock to form a molten pool. The magnetic field generator includes a spiral copper coil, a first electrode and a second electrode. The spiral copper coil is formed by spirally winding a copper tube. The first and second electrodes are arranged at respective ends of the copper tube and are used for loading a voltage to generate a magnetic field in the spiral copper coil. At any time, the spiral copper coil sleeves an action point of the laser beam and the feedstock. A corresponding laser-solid-forming manufacturing method is also presented.

A chaotic stirring device combining plasma arc smelting and permanent magnet including a furnace body; the furnace body is provided therein with a water-cooled copper crucible; the center of an upper surface of the water-cooled copper crucible is a groove for placing raw metals, and the water-cooled copper crucible is internally a hollow cavity; a return pipe is disposed directly below the groove in the hollow cavity; an upper end of the return pipe is vertical upward, and is horizontally provided with a filter screen; a spherical magnet is placed between the filter screen and the groove; one side of the water-cooled copper crucible is provided with a first water inlet pipe and a first water outlet pipe; the first water inlet pipe is connected to the hollow cavity, and the first water outlet pipe is connected to the bottom of the return pipe.

Chaotic stirring device and method combining plasma arc smelting and permanent magnet

The present invention discloses a device for plasma arc melting through magnetostatic soft-contact stirring and compounding, which includes a furnace body, where a water-cooled copper crucible and a tungsten electrode are mounted in the furnace body, the tungsten electrode is located above the water-cooled copper crucible, and a groove for containing a metal raw material is opened in the water-cooled copper crucible; and a drive shaft penetrates through a side wall of the water-cooled copper crucible, one end, located at the exterior of the water-cooled copper crucible, of the drive shaft is connected with a stepper motor, one end, located in the water-cooled copper crucible, of the drive shaft is sleeved with two rotary tables, magnets having reverse magnetisms are interleaved in the rotary table, and the rotary tables are located on two sides of the groove.
