Provided is a testing machine for simulating a die casting cooling process, including a mold base, a stationary die, a moving die, a guide rod, an ejector rod, a mold clamping device, a point cooling device housing, a cooling water channel, a heating coil, a heating block and a heating bar; a point cooling unit includes the point cooling device housing and the cooling water channel, a plurality of heating bars regularly arranged on the moving die constitute a pre-heating unit, a thermocouple is arranged at the point cooling unit, a temperature signal is connected to a controller, the heating coil and the heating block constitute an external heating unit, the point cooling unit is connected to a cooler, a cooling water tank, a filter and a water pump to constitute a cooling device, the controller and a ball valve constitute a control system.

A droplet preparation and size control device based on electrowetting step emulsification is provided, including a syringe pump, a metal pipeline, a micro-channel, two electrode plates, a continuous phase container and a direct-current power supply, wherein: the syringe pump, the metal pipeline and the micro-channel are successively connected; an outlet of the micro-channel is clamped and sealed between the two electrode plates; each electrode plate consists of four layers, respectively a base layer, a conducting layer, an insulating layer and a hydrophobic layer; a cathode of the direct-current power supply is connected with the metal pipeline, and an anode of the direct-current power supply is connected with the conducting layer of each electrode plate; the syringe pump is filled with dispersed phase fluid; continuous phase fluid is injected into the continuous phase container and immerses the electrode plates.

Droplet preparation and size control device based on electrowetting step emulsification

Disclosed is a device and method for dynamic extrusion molding of plastic articles having variable micro-channel. The device mainly includes a single-screw extruder, a dynamic extrusion die, a fluid source, a water sink, a tractor, a winding device, and a data acquisition and control system. Near outlet of extrusion die, when the end portion of a syringe needle is at different positions, the inner diameter of the micro-channel of the extrusion molded plastic article is also different. When the hollow syringe core within the dynamic extrusion die performs a high-frequency short-range vibration along an extrusion direction, the inner diameter of the micro-channel of the extruded plastic articles is dynamically variable. The plastic articles of variable micro-channel of the present invention has novel structure with high dimensional accuracy, and a variety of varying patterns, it can be stably produced by simple processing equipment with high level of automation.
