A self-adaptive heavy-duty gear transmission walking device includes a guide track. A carrying seat is slidably installed on the guide track. A loading platform is arranged on the carrying seat, and matching frames are arranged at the bottom of the carrying seat and positioned opposite from each other. A first driving mechanism, a walking mechanism, a first support bracket, a stop mechanism, and a second support bracket are arranged on the carrying seat. A vertical support mechanism and a horizontal support mechanism are arranged in the matching frame. The first driving mechanism is connected to one end of the walking mechanism. The walking mechanism penetrates through the carrying seat and is magnetically connected to the guide track. The other end of the walking mechanism is connected to a first transmission shaft. The first transmission shaft penetrates through the first support bracket and is fixedly installed with a brake disc.

Self-adaptive heavy-duty gear transmission walking device

Disclosed is an interference protection device and method for a hydraulic support and a cutting part of a shearer. The device includes: a plurality of dust-proof cases evenly and fixedly provided on a surface of one side of a hauling part of the shearer that faces away from a coal wall, and a dust-proof housing fixed on the hydraulic support. A first ultrasonic transducer and a flash lamp are fixedly provided in each dust-proof case, and a second ultrasonic transducer, a receiver, and a data processing module are fixedly provided in the dust-proof housing. The data processing module is electrically connected to the second ultrasonic transducer and the receiver separately, the first ultrasonic transducers and the flash lamps are all electrically connected to an external single-chip microcomputer, and the data processing module is electrically connected to a hydraulic support control computer. The present invention obtains a distance from the shearer to the hydraulic support by calculation from a difference between time points at which the second ultrasonic transducer and the receiver on the hydraulic support respectively receive an ultrasonic signal and an optical signal, and thus timely controls a guard plate to retract, thereby achieving the advantages of low cost, high applicability and high reliability.

Interference protection device and method for hydraulic support and cutting part of shearer

A hydraulic support monitoring a support pose in real time based on an inertia measurement unit (IMU) and a detection method thereof. In the hydraulic support, IMU sensors are separately mounted on a roof beam, a rear linkage, and a base, and an auxiliary support pose monitoring system is disposed. Each IMU sensor measures movement states of the roof beam, the rear linkage, and the base of the support in real time, and the support pose monitoring system processes the movement states to monitor a support pose of the hydraulic support in real time. Especially, it can be technically determined whether the hydraulic support is adequately lowered, moved or raised, thereby effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the working efficiency of the hydraulic support.

A system and method for remotely locating a communication error support for hydraulic supports. The system includes a control panel, a support controller, a data converter, and two support drivers of the same type. Each support driver has two bus interfaces. The control panel transmits a control command to the data converter in a form of a WiFi signal. The data converter converts the WiFi signal into a message signal and transmits the message signal to the support controller. The support controller transmits the control command to the two support drivers, respectively. The support drivers transmit the command through CANH twisted pairs and CANL twisted pairs. When a bus for transmitting the command of a certain node has an error, the support controller calculates the fault node according to a formula and feeds back the fault node onto the control panel.

System and method for remotely locating communication error support for hydraulic supports

An automatic straightening device includes a fully-mechanized coal mining working face, which includes a plurality of middle troughs, and each middle trough is connected to a push-pull rod of one hydraulic support. The fully-mechanized coal mining working face is provided with the automatic straightening device. The automatic straightening device includes a flexible element rope, the tensile and compressive force sensors, and a signal processing device. Each middle trough is provided with two tensile and compressive force sensors; one end of the flexible element rope is connected to a rope extend-retract control device, and the other end of the flexible element rope sequentially passes through lifting rings to be connected to the tensile and compressive force sensors and is fixed to a positioning force bearing bolt on the outermost side.

Automatic straightening device and method for scraper conveyor on fully-mechanized coal mining face based on tensile and compressive force sensors

A rotating dual break point contact includes a rotor support, a first shaft, a second shaft, a third shaft, a first connection rod, a second connection rod, a contact bridge and a contact spring. The contact bridge is provided in the rotor support, and the contact bridge rotates relative to the rotor support by means of the first shaft, the second shaft, the third shaft, the first connection rod and the second connection rod. The contact bridge rotates between an initial pressure position and a maximum repulsion position. A single contact spring is mounted on one side of the contact bridge and is located in the rotor support.

A contact module for a circuit breaker is disclosed, comprising: a base, a cover, an operation mechanism, at least three kinds of asymmetrical single-pole switches and a release mechanism. The cover is mounted on the base to form a space, where the mechanisms and the switches are disposed. The operation mechanism is connected to one switch; the release mechanism to the at least three switches. Each switch comprises a strong side and a weak side. For each switch, there is a thick contact housing on the strong side connected to a thick shaft, and a thin one on the weak side connected to a thin shaft. A rotor component has a single contact spring mounted on the weak side. Rotation shafts are connected by a linkage shaft to connect the single-pole switches; a strong side of one switch is connected to a weak side of another switch.
