An atomizer, a liquid storage assembly thereof and an electron atomizing device are disclosed. The atomizer includes an atomizing core assembly having a liquid inlet. The liquid storage assembly includes a housing defining a liquid storage cavity and a first assembling hole, wherein the first assembling hole is configured to receive an end of an atomizing core assembly; an inner wall arranged in the liquid storage cavity, configured to sleeve around the atomizing core assembly, wherein a capillary gap is defined between the inner wall and an outer wall of the atomizing core assembly, and the capillary gap is configured to guide liquid in the liquid storage cavity to pass through the liquid inlet.

Weigh-in-motion sensors comprise a beam including a plate with a load-bearing surface, and a tube portion including a base wall and a cover and defining a cavity therebetween. A sensing package is disposed within the cavity and is under pre-load with the cover and the base wall. The sensing package comprises a piezoelectric element. The base wall includes an aperture extending from a mounting surface to the cavity. The aperture includes a fastener therein to secure the sensing package within the cavity. The fastener is sized having a cross-section dimension taken through a center axis of the fastener that is greater than that of a cross-section dimension of the piezoelectric element taken along the fastener center axis. In an example, the fastener has a cross-section dimension sized about 10 percent or greater in dimension than that of the respective cross-section dimension of the piezoelectric element.

A method for measuring multimedia communication quality is disclosed. The multimedia video communication quality may be objectively reflected through the embedment and extraction of digital watermark under a precondition that the quality of the multimedia video data is not obviously affected. In the invention, each frame of the multimedia video data is uniformly divided into blocks of equal size and watermark data is embedded in each of the blocks, so that the watermark may be uniformly distributed. The multimedia video data are divided into groups, and the watermark is embedded in a part of the frames with equal interval between the frames in each group to reduce the effect of the watermark on the data. The watermark information is directly embedded in the spatial domain of the original video data. The PSNR of the video data is linearly fitted using the accuracy rate of the recovered watermark relative to the original watermark, and the fitted PSNR is regarded as a measurement indication of the multimedia video communication quality. Post-processing such as smoothing filtering is performed on video frames after watermark extraction to eliminate the effect of the watermark on the multimedia video data quality.

Method for measuring multimedia video communication quality

A video bit-stream gamma characteristic correction method and a multipoint control unit in video communication field resolve the gamma distortion problem of video image in the existing multimedia communication. In the method, the receiving end carries out correction once through carrying the gamma characteristic parameter of the transmission end in the video bit-stream; or the multipoint control unit and the receiving end correct gamma distortion of the video image in multiple steps. A multipoint processor () of the multipoint control unit includes a gamma characteristic parameter storing module (), which stores gamma characteristic parameter of the video image transmission end; and a gamma characteristic correction module (), which is connected to the gamma characteristic parameter storing module and corrects the gamma characteristic of the video image according to the gamma characteristic parameter of the video image transmission end.

The present invention discloses a method for recovering a lost data unit, the method including: partitioning data to be transmitted into one or more data units, sorting the data units according to importance levels of the data units, and determining a check rule for the one or more data units, performing, by a transmitting end, a calculation on the sorted data units according to a predetermined algorithm depending on the check rule, to generate one or more corresponding check units; transmitting, by the transmitting end, the one or more data units to a receiving end in a sorted order, and transmitting the corresponding check units to the receiving end; recovering, by the receiving end, a lost data unit according to the receiving data units and check units as well as the check rule. With the method, the loss-preventative capability of the data units may be improved.

A method for reporting events by a media gateway in a next generation network includes: executing a state machine which is established in a media gateway and includes service states driven by events, the state machine including a state of Suspension; the executing process includes: entering into the state of Suspension when an event is reported, if the state machine is in a state other than the state of Suspension; and storing an event which can not be reported temporarily in an EventBuffer queue which is established in the media gateway, and returning to a state prior to the state of Suspension when the event reported is responded, if the state machine is in the state of Suspension.
