An electronic device with plugging and unplugging function is provided. The electronic device has a connector. The connector is adapted to be connected to a connection port of an electronic module. The electronic device includes a tray unit, a housing and a moving mechanism. The tray unit is moveably disposed in the housing. The moving mechanism is disposed on the housing, wherein the tray unit moves the moving mechanism, and the moving mechanism moves the connector to be connected to or disconnected from the connection port.

A casing assembly includes a frame, a support member, and an elastic holder, where the frame includes a frame bottom plate and a partition, the partition is disposed on the frame bottom plate and includes an engagement structure located at a side of the partition located away from the frame bottom plate, the support member is disposed on the frame bottom plate, and the elastic holder is disposed on the frame bottom plate and includes a holding structure movable with respect to the frame bottom plate.

Casing assembly and electronic device including the same

A rails assembly includes outer and inner rails, an elastic assembly, a hook member. The outer and inner rails are provided with first and second opening portions. The inner rail is disposed on the outer rail. The elastic assembly is disposed on the inner rail. The hook member is connected to the inner rail and opposite to the second opening portion. When the hook member is located at a first position by sliding the inner rail relative to the outer rail, the hook member is pushed by the elastic assembly to pass through the second opening portion. When the hook member is located at a second position in the same manner, the second and first opening portions are opposite to each other and the hook member is pushed by the elastic assembly to pass through the second and first opening portions. An electronic equipment including the rails assembly is provided.

Rails assembly and electronic equipment

A support device, holding a connector in a casing, includes a base frame and a positioning frame. The base frame includes a first mount plate having a through hole, the through hole has a first end and a second end, a fastener of the casing is disposed through the through hole, and the connector is disposed on the first mount plate. The positioning frame includes a positioning portion. The positioning frame is movably disposed on the base frame to be in a first position or a second position. When the positioning frame is located in the first position, the positioning portion is located between the first end and the second end of the through hole. When the positioning frame is located in the second position, the positioning portion is not located between the first end and the second end.

Server casing assembly and support device

A chassis device adapted for an expansion device is provided and includes a case, a base and a latch. The case includes an avoiding portion. The base is disposed on the case. At least one accommodating portion is formed on the base. The latch includes at least one pivoting portion, a first abutting portion and a second abutting portion. The at least one pivoting portion is movably disposed through the at least one accommodating portion. The latch is slidable between a locking position and a non-locking position. The first abutting portion and the second abutting portion respectively abut against the case and the expansion device when the latch is located at the locking position, and the avoiding portion allows the latch to pivot when the latch is located at the non-locking position. Besides, a server including the aforementioned chassis device is provided.

A cage assembly is configured to be detachably cooperated with an engagement component having at least one through hole and at least one engagement portion. The cage assembly includes a main cage and a releasing component, the main cage includes at least one engaging structure configured to be inserted into the at least one through hole and engaged with the at least one engagement portion, and the releasing component is slidably disposed on the main cage and is configured to push the engagement component so as to force the at least one engagement portion to be released from the at least one engaging structure.

Cage assembly and electronic device including the same

An electronic device, including a device body, a case, at least one power supply module, and a power distribution module, is provided. The case is disposed on the device body. The at least one power supply module is disposed in the case. The power distribution module includes a main body, a handle, and an anti-removal frame. The main body is detachably disposed on the device body. The handle is rotatably connected to the main body. The anti-removal frame is slidably disposed in the case. The power supply module is configured to push against the anti-removal frame, so that the anti-removal frame slides toward the handle and restricts the handle from rotating relative to the main body. In addition, a power distribution module configured for the electronic device is also provided.

Electronic device and power distribution module

An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing, a first riser module, a hard-disk backplane module, and a plurality of hard-disks. The first riser module is disposed in the housing. The first riser module includes a first tray structure and a first riser board. The first riser board is disposed on the first tray structure. The first tray structure is adapted to move the first riser board in a first direction. The hard-disk backplane module is disposed in the housing. The tray structure is adapted to move the first riser board in the first direction to connect the hard-disk backplane module. The hard-disks are connected to the hard-disk backplane module. The modules of the electronic device of the embodiment of the invention can be coupled together more easily.

Electronic device and tray structure thereof

An unlocking structure adapted to an insert slot is provided. An expansion card is adapted to be inserted into the insert slot and fixed on the insert slot by a locking component. The unlocking structure includes a base and an operation shaft. The base is fixed on the insert slot. The operation shaft is pivoted to the base. The operation shaft is adapted to rotate in relative to the base from a locking position to an unlocking position to drive the locking component to be separated from the expansion card. In addition, an electronic device having the unlocking structure and an electronic module having the unlocking structure are also provided.

Unlocking structure and electronic device

A server casing includes a frame and a plate connecting structure disposed in the frame and including a plate and a board. A first rivet hole of the plate has a first outer hole edge and a first inner hole edge greater than the first outer hole edge. A first guide surface connects the first outer hole edge and the first inner hole edge. The board has a board edge corresponding to the first rivet hole. A first arm is formed on the board edge. After the first arm is pressed to abut against the first guide surface, the pressed first arm deforms along the first guide surface to be located in the first rivet hole, so as to fix the board to the plate.

Server casing and plate connecting structure thereof

An electronic device includes a casing and a tray. The casing includes an engaging portion. The tray is disposed in the casing. The tray includes a tray body, a handle, a sliding member, an elastic member and a lock member. The handle includes a first driving portion. The sliding member includes a first driving groove and a second driving groove. The lock member includes a second driving portion, a through hole and an engaging recess. The engaging portion engages with the engaging recess. When the handle moves along a first direction, the first driving portion presses the first driving groove, such that the sliding member moves along a second direction. When the sliding member moves along the second direction, the second driving groove presses the second driving portion, such that the lock member moves along a third direction and then the engaging portion disengages from the engaging recess.

Electronic device and tray

The present invention provides a detachable assembly device. The detachable assembly device is configured to electrically connect electronic device with main circuit board. The detachable assembly device comprises carrier, support frame, handle and linkage assembly. The carrier is configured to fix main circuit board. The support frame is configured to fix electronic device. The support frame is movably disposed on side of carrier and comprises a cover plate and a second side plate that are connected to each other. A portion of handle is pivotally connected to portion of cover plate. Two portions of linkage assembly are respectively pivotally connected to another portion of handle and to another portion of cover plate. When support frame is located in a locked position that is relatively close to carrier, handle and first side plate are engaged with each other, and electronic device is electrically connected with main circuit board.

Detachable assembly device

The present disclosure relates to an anti-falling mechanism for preventing an electronic component installed inside a casing from falling rapidly. The anti-falling mechanism includes at least one damping gear and at least one gear rack. The at least one damping gear is disposed on the electronic component. The at least one gear rack is disposed at a position corresponding to the at least one damping gear. The at least one damping gear rotatably engages with the at least one gear rack when installing the electronic component inside the casing along a first direction at least. Therefore, even if the electronic component falls unintentionally during installation or disassembly, rotary engagement of the at least one damping gear and the at least one gear rack can reduce kinetic energy of the falling electronic component, which effectively prevents the electronic component from colliding with other components inside the casing.

Anti-falling mechanism for preventing an electronic component installed inside a casing from falling rapidly and electronic device therewith

A tray mechanism for accommodating an electronic device in a casing having first and second side plates includes a sheet, a pin, a lock rod, a push rod, a tray having a bottom plate and third and fourth side plates, and a fixing plate disposed on the bottom plate. The pin is disposed on the sheet and is movable on the fixing plate. The lock rod and the push rod are slidably arranged on the fixing plate. The pin penetrates through a slot of the lock rod. A hook of the push rod releasably hooks the pin. When a block of the second side plate biases the push rod to separate the hook from the pin, the push rod pushes the pin to slide upward to retract the lock rod inwardly to separate an abutting end of the lock rod from a holding sheet of the first side plate.

Tray mechanism and casing module thereof

A tray mechanism is configured to mount an electronic device on a mainboard device. The mainboard device includes a casing and a mainboard disposed in the casing. A casing side-plate of the casing has a pin. The tray mechanism includes a tray and first and second sliding sheets. The tray has a bottom plate and a tray side-plate corresponding to the casing side-plate. The electronic device is disposed on the bottom plate. The first and second sliding sheets are slidably arranged on the tray side-plate and have first and second oblique slots intersecting with each other. First and second bottom end portions are formed at sides of the first and second oblique slots away from the bottom plate respectively. When the first and second sliding sheets are located at a mounting position, the pin penetrates through the first and second bottom end portions simultaneously.
