A heart valve prosthesis anchored to an interventricular septum. The heart valve prosthesis includes a valve supporting frame and a fixing device. The valve supporting frame includes a valve stitching section and an artificial valve. The artificial valve is fixedly connected to the valve stitching section. The fixing device includes a fixing and supporting section and a fixing member. One end of the fixing and supporting section is connected to a proximal end of the valve stitching section, and another end of the fixing and supporting section is connected to the interventricular septum of a patient by the fixing member, to support the heart valve prosthesis and prevent the heart valve prosthesis from axially moving.

Heart valve prosthesis anchored to interventricular septum and conveying and releasing method thereof

A prosthesis () for preventing a valve regurgitation, comprising a fixation unit (), a connection piece () and a closure assisting piece (); the fixation unit () comprises a fixation piece () and an anchor (); the connection piece () is flexible, and a distal section thereof is connected to a proximal section of the fixation piece (), and a proximal section thereof is connected to a distal section of the closure assisting piece (); the fixation piece () is fixed on the atrial wall or a valve ring of a patient via the anchor (); the deployed width of the fixation piece () is less than two-thirds of the circumference of a valve tissue annulus; the closure assisting piece () is located between autologous valve leaflets of the patient when in a free state; the maximum width of the closure assisting piece () is less than the maximum deployed width of a single autologous valve leaflet; and the proximal end of the anchor () is provided with an anti-disengagement end (). The position of the prosthesis () can be adjusted, and the prosthesis () is accurately positioned and firmly anchored, and does not readily adhere to tissue adjacent to the valve annulus of the patient.

Prosthesis for preventing valve regurgitation

An implant with anchoring device for heart valve disease comprises a cardiac valve prosthesis (), at least two sets of anchoring needles () and at least two sets of anchoring needle releasing devices (). Proximal end of the anchoring needles () are provided with anti-disengagement ends (). The anchoring needle releasing devices () are detachably connected to the cardiac valve prosthesis (). The anchoring needle releasing devices () comprise delivery tubes () and shafts (). Distal sections of the anchoring needle releasing devices () are in preset shapes. The shafts () can be pushed to force the anchoring needles () to move toward the distal ends of the delivery tubes (), so that the cardiac valve prosthesis () is fixed between autogenous tissue () and the anti-disengagement ends () to achieve accurate positioning and firm anchoring of the cardiac valve prosthesis ().
