A display panel and a method for forming a display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a substrate structure including a first substrate; a first structure layer including at least one first film layer located on a side of the first substrate adjacent to a light-exiting surface of the display panel, and a second structure layer located on a side of the first structure layer away from the substrate structure. The substrate structure is adjacent to and in contact with the first structure layer, and the second structure layer is adjacent to and in contact with the first structure layer. An average refractive index of the substrate structure is n1, an average refractive index of the first structure layer is n2, a refractive index of the second structure layer is n3, and n1<n2<n3.

The first polarizer is located at a side of the polymer liquid crystal film facing away from the backlight component. The polymer liquid crystal film is located at a side of the light regulating structure facing away from the first light guide plate and includes a polymer liquid crystal layer, and an electrode layer located at each of at least one side of the polymer liquid crystal layer. The display module has a sharing mode where the electrode layer is not energized and an anti-peeping mode where the electrode layer is energized.

Along a thickness direction of the anti-peep display assembly, the first birefringence control type liquid crystal cell and the second birefringence control type liquid crystal cell are between the backlight module and the display liquid crystal cell, and the first birefringence control type liquid crystal cell is between the second birefringence control type liquid crystal cell and the backlight module. A first polarizer is arranged on a side of the display liquid crystal cell away from the second birefringence control type liquid crystal cell, and a second polarizer is arranged between the display liquid crystal cell and the second birefringence control type liquid crystal cell.
