The present disclosure discloses a wheel rim finishing device. A motor is fixedly mounted on a stand through a shaft sleeve I. A supporting body is arranged on the stand. The side, close to a locating disk, of the supporting body is provided with an outer roller. An inner driving roller body and an inner driven roller body are arranged at a position, close to the outer roller, on the inner side of the locating disk. The wheel rim finishing device is simple in structure and high in universality, and may adapt to wheel types with different rim structures.

Disclosed is a device for automatically removing burrs from a riser of an aluminum alloy wheel. The device is composed of a frame, a clamping gear rack structure, a support plate, a servo motor and the like. When a clamping cylinder drives a first sliding plate to move, clamping wheels are controlled to center and clamp the wheel, and the servo motor controls the rotation of the clamping wheels, so that the wheel may rotate while being clamped. When a distance adjusting cylinder drives a second sliding block to move, a first sliding block and the second sliding block move synchronously under the action of a feed gear rack structure, so that a first deburring tool and a second deburring tool move synchronously to adjust the distance between them according to the diameter of a cap slot.

Device for controlling temperature of hub

A high-precision tensioning device is provided. The high-precision tensioning device is composed of a stepping motor, an encoder, a harmonic reducer, a rotary table, connecting rods, contacts, force sensors, a rotary table connecting piece, a gasket, a nut, bolts, a set screw, a shell and an end cover. The tensioning device provided by the disclosure can achieve closed-loop control on a tensioning force in order to improve the tensioning precision of the tensioning device; and as long as machining and assembling errors meet design requirements, stable synchronous tensioning of three contacts can be ensured, and the location precision of a hub is improved.

High-precision tensioning device

The present application provides a device for correcting an aluminum alloy wheel, which is mainly composed of a frame, an expansion cylinder, a correction motor, a feed motor and the like. A hub positioning unit initially positions a hub to prepare for positioning a center hole expansion sleeve; a hub feed unit performs precise center hole positioning on the hub and completes upward feed movement of the hub; and a tool correction unit completes hub correction through a rotating standard correction cutter head. The present application provides a method for machining a flange face of an aluminum alloy hub, comprising the steps of: (I) pre-machining a hub flange; (II) machining two times with a 120&#xb0; R3 boring tool with a total machining amount of 2 mm, and then reserving a machining allowance of 2.4 mm on the flange face blank after processing; (III) machining two times with the 120&#xb0; R3 boring tool with a total machining amount of 2 mm, and then reserving a machining allowance of 0.4 mm on the flange face blank after processing; (IV) machining with a 95&#xb0; R0.8 hook tool, and then reserving a machining allowance of 0.05 mm on the flange face after processing; and (V) machining with the 95&#xb0; R0.8 hook tool, then machining the remaining flange allowance, thus completing the machining.

Output end of the second linear motor is connected with the inner slide block. The lifting linear motor is fixed on the motor support plate, which controls lifting of the lifting table. Output end of the third linear motor is connected with the outer slide block.
