The present disclosure discloses a linear motor having a housing with an receiving space, a vibration unit and a stator unit received in the receiving space. The vibrator unit includes a weight and an elastic member fixed to the weight. The elastic member includes a first fixation portion fixed to the weight and a second fixation portion fixed to the housing. At least one soldering plate fixed to at least one of the first fixation portion and the second fixation portion. The soldering plate includes a rectangle portion and the extending portion having a smaller width than the rectangle portion. The vibration motor has higher fatigue life and high reliability.

The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, including a housing with a receiving space; a vibration unit arranged in the receiving space; an elastic member that suspends the vibration unit in the receiving space; and a coil assembly fixed to the housing and driving the vibration unit to vibrate. Compared with the related art, the linear vibration motor of the present invention is easy to assemble and good in vibration performance.

The present disclosure discloses a linear motor including a housing with an accommodation space, a vibrator and a stator received in the accommodation space and an elastic support fixed on the vibrator and configured to suspend the vibrator in the accommodation space; the stator includes a coil and a copper ring both opposite to the vibrator; the copper ring and the coil are arranged on two opposite sides of the vibrator separately along a first direction perpendicular with a vibration direction of the vibrator. The copper ring serves as a damper providing electromagnetic resilience for the vibrator, effectively improve the automation and efficiency of the manufacture of the linear vibration motor.

The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor, including a casing with an accommodation space, a vibration unit accommodated in the accommodation space, a vibration unit suspended in the accommodation space and a coil fixed on the casing and driving the vibration unit to vibrate. The casing includes a copper ring arranged around the vibration unit. In the linear vibration motor provided by the utility model, the copper ring is arranged around the vibration unit to provide a damping function for the linear vibration motor. Compared with the foam damping member in the related art, the linear vibration motor provided by the present disclosure may be arranged by an automatic device during the production and manufacture of the linear vibration motor, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency, and improving the automation degree.

The present disclosure discloses a linear motor having a housing with an accommodation space, a vibration unit and a driving unit received in the accommodation. The vibrator unit includes a weight with a receiving space and a magnet unit fixed on the weight and inside the receiving space. The driving unit includes an iron core received in the receiving space, two pole pieces respectively fixed on two opposite ends of the iron core along a vibration direction and a coil wound around the iron core. A groove is provided on the pole piece and faces the magnet unit along a first direction perpendicular with the vibration direction. The distance between the pole piece and the magnet unit increases, effectively decreasing the magnetic attraction force between the pole piece and magnet unit and avoiding the non-linear vibration of the linear vibration motor.

One of the objects of the present disclosure is to provide a linear vibration motor which improves the rigidity of the whole system and ensures enhanced stability. The present disclosure provides a linear vibration motor having a housing body; a stator including at least two solenoid assemblies with parallel axes; a vibrator installed in the housing body; and an elastic connector suspending the vibrator in the housing body. The vibrator includes a first magnet assembly being located between two adjacent at least two solenoid assemblies and including a first magnet and a second magnet. Magnetization directions of the first magnet and the second magnet are opposite and parallel to an axial direction of the solenoid assembly.

The present disclosure provides a linear motor having a housing with an accommodation space; a vibrator accommodated in the accommodation space; and a first stator locating opposite to the vibrator and fixed to the housing. The first stator includes a first circuit board opposite to the vibrator, a first coil on a the side of the first circuit board close to the vibrator, and a first magnetic conductive sheet locating on a side of the first circuit board away from the vibrator. Accordingly, the present invention provides a linear vibration motor having a housing body with an inner cavity; a weight accommodated in the housing body; a stator located in the housing body; and an elastic member suspending the weight in the housing body. The elastic member includes a first elastic member having a first fixed part fixedly connected to one side of the weight and a first elastic bracket extending from the first fixed part, and a second elastic member fixedly connected to an opposite side of the weight a first damping glue locating between the first elastic member and the weight, and locating at one end of the first elastic bracket close to the first fixed part.

The invention provides a vibration motor having a housing assembly, an elastic connector, a pole plate, a plurality of magnets and a plurality of coils. The coils and the magnets are matched to drive the pole plate to move in at least two directions within the housing assembly. The coils are arranged on the outer side of the pole plate and fixed on the housing assembly so as to be suitable for a small-size vibration motor, then limitation of coil sizes is effectively avoided. The present invention provides a linear vibration motor, including a housing having an accommodating space, a vibrator disposed in the accommodating space, and a coil fixed in the housing and driving the vibrator to move. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit system. The linear vibration motor further includes a restoring assembly fixed to the housing. The restoring assembly is made of magnetic steel and is magnetized along a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the vibrator moves. Compared with an existing spring structure, in the linear vibration motor of the present disclosure, a magnetic interaction force is formed between a restoring assembly and a vibrator to restore a vibrator. In this way, an anti-humidity and anti-high-temperature effect of the restoring assembly is improved by replacing an interaction force of a spring with a magnetic interaction force.

The vibration motor includes a vibrating component movable along a vibration direction; a fixation component including a housing with an accommodation space; an elastic support part suspending the vibrating component in the accommodation space; and a number of limit blocks fixedly connected with the housing. Each of the limit blocks includes a first horizontal part and a second horizontal part. The second horizontal part extends from the first horizontal part towards the housing along the vibration direction. A linear vibration motor includes a housing with a receiving space, a vibrator received in the receiving space, a coil for driving the vibrator to vibrate, a guide member for guiding movement of the vibrator, and a recover assembly fixed to a side of the vibrator. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit system with first and second magnets. The recover assembly is closed to the first magnet. A magnetic polarity of an end of the magnetic recovery assembly facing the vibrator is reverse to that of an end of the first magnet away from the second magnet. When the vibrator is in an equilibrium position, a centroid of the vibrator is located between the magnetic recovery assembly and the coil. Magnetic force between the magnetic recovery assembly and the magnetic circuit system provides recovery force for the vibrator, thereby realizing large-stroke vibration.
