A cell selection method, related to the communications field, includes a terminal device sending a first request to a network device, where the first request is used to request to select a serving cell for the terminal device in an energy efficiency first manner. The terminal device sends first information to the network device, where the first information is used by the network device to select a cell in a first communications system or a cell in a second communications system for the terminal device. The terminal device receives configuration information of a serving cell from the network device, where the serving cell is selected by the network device from the cell in the first communications system or the cell in the second communications system in a manner that energy efficiency of the terminal device is first.

Methods and systems for processing webcam data are disclosed. According to some disclosed embodiments, the method includes: determining data to be processed; sending a control request to a server to request a task initiation permission for a webcam cluster; in response to an authorization instruction of the server, determining property information of each webcam in the webcam cluster; segmenting the data based on the property information of each webcam, to generate a plurality of data segments; sending each of the plurality of data segments to a corresponding webcam in the webcam cluster for processing; receiving intermediate results generated by the webcam cluster on the basis of the plurality of data segments; and combining the intermediate results into a final result.

A system includes a cooler configured to cool a first gas portion of a compressed gas fuel and discharge a cooled fluid. The cooled fluid comprises a cooled gas portion and a cooled liquid portion. The system also includes a separator configured to separate the cooled fluid into the cooled gas portion and the cooled liquid portion and a mixing tank configured to mix a second gas portion of the compressed gas fuel with the cooled gas portion in direct contact with one another to produce a superheated gas fuel. The superheated gas fuel comprises a degree of superheat above a lower threshold for a combustion system.
