A button-type battery of the present disclosure is provided with a package assembly and a rolled cell. In an actual application process, both a battery cup and a battery cover have a protective function, while a sealing plastic ring has a waterproof function. In addition, when an electrode tab needs welding, position of the electrode tab is determined, and the battery cup and/or the battery cover are subjected to resistance welding. Accordingly, a center welding layer is formed by resistance welding on a contact portion at a central position where the electrode tab of the rolled cell contacts the battery cup and/or the battery cover, and an edge welding layer is formed by resistance welding on a contact portion at an edge position where the electrode tab of the rolled cell contacts the battery cup and/or the battery cover.

Button-type battery

Disclosed are a button battery and an electronic device. The battery includes: a battery cell; at least one tab with one end thereof connected to one collector of the battery cell; and a shell including a first housing and a second housing hermetically connected onto each other to enclose and form a cavity in which the battery cell and the tab are positioned, wherein the at least one tab is connected with the other end thereof to an inner wall of the first housing or to an inner wall of the second housing before the first housing and the second housing are hermetically connected.

Button battery and electronic device

A button-type battery including a package assembly and a cell assembly is provided. In actual application, as part of a sealing wall is recessed inwards in a direction to a battery reservoir so as to form a locking boss, as such, when a battery cover is being assembled, the locking boss is pressed against part of a sealing plastic ring so that the part of the sealing plastic ring is in tight contact with a sealing edge, and a battery cup can be locked to the battery cover by means of the locking boss, thereby preventing easy detachment of the battery cover from the battery cup to cause exposure of a rolled cell. The battery cover is applied with a strong locking force from the battery cup, greatly improving the safety of the button-type battery.

The battery apparatus includes: a first shell including a first tubular side wall and a top cap; and a second shell including a second tubular side wall and a bottom cap, wherein a recessed structure is formed in at least part of a connection region between the second tubular side wall and the bottom cap; the first tubular side wall sleeves the second tubular side wall; an insulation sealing piece is arranged between the first tubular side wall and the second tubular side wall; a portion of the first tubular side wall close to its open end is bent towards the recessed structure along part of a circumference of the open end to form a partial crimped edge; and the partial crimped edge is clamped to the recessed structure.
