A heating appliance, such as a microwave oven, includes a housing having interior walls with interior surfaces defining a cooking chamber for heating food. The heating appliance also includes a camera positioned within the housing to capture images of food in the chamber, and a shield positioned between the camera and the food. The shield has a body with a first surface facing an area for receiving food within the chamber and a second opposite surface facing the camera. The shield includes a first transparent conductive metal coating on one or both of the first surface and the second surface, such that the shield dissipates heat and reflects microwave radiation to protect the camera.

Precoding method and apparatus

A channel state information measurement method and apparatus and a network side device are described. The measurement method includes configuring, by a network side device, channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) transmit information of M access points. The CSI-RS transmit information is used to indicate the M access points to periodically send a CSI-RS to a first user equipment at a preset interval. The preset interval is a time interval and/or a subband interval, and M is an integer greater than 1. The network side device obtains channel state information (CSI) corresponding to each of the M access points. The CSI corresponding to the access point includes first CSI, and the first CSI is information that is measured based on the CSI-RS corresponding to the access point and fed back by the first user equipment.

In one embodiment, the method includes: sending, by a base station, multiple different weighted pilot signals to a terminal, where each of the weighted pilot signals includes a product of a pilot signal and a weighting matrix; receiving, by the base station, multiple different optimal code words returned by the terminal, where each of the optimal code words is obtained based on a channel estimation of a weighted pilot signal; and reconstructing, by the base station, a downlink channel according to the multiple different optimal code words. According to the foregoing method, a quantization error can be reduced, so that a beam direction of a reconstructed channel correctly points to the terminal.
