The present disclosure provides a thermal-stress-pore pressure coupled electromagnetic loading triaxial Hopkinson bar system and test method, the system mainly consists of an electromagnetic pulse generation system, a servo-controlled axial pressure loading system, a servo-controlled confining pressure loading system, a thermal control system, a pore pressure loading system, a bar system, and a data monitoring and acquisition system. Based on the conventional Hopkinson bar, the present disclosure creatively introduces a real-time loading and control system for confining pressure, thermal, and pore pressure, aiming to solve the technical problem that the existing test apparatus cannot be used to study dynamic response of deep rock mass under the coupling effect of thermal-stress-pore pressure and dynamic disturbance during dynamic impact loading.

Thermal-stress-pore pressure coupled electromagnetic loading triaxial Hopkinson bar system and test method

A uniaxial bidirectional synchronous control electromagnetic loaded dynamic shear test system and method, a test apparatus thereof including a support platform, a loading bar system, an electromagnetic pulse generation system, a servo-controlled normal pressure loading system, and a data monitoring and acquisition system. The test apparatus can be used to conduct a dynamic shear test research on a rock-like material under a constant normal pressure close to an actual operating condition, and can also be applied to carry out dynamic shear tests on intact rock-like test specimens in various sizes or jointed rock-like test specimens containing a single structural surface to study dynamic shear mechanical property and shear failure behavior under strain rate of 10−10s, thereby providing an important theoretical and technical support for the design, construction, protection, and safety and stability evaluation of geotechnical engineering, structural engineering.

Uniaxial bidirectional synchronous control electromagnetic loaded dynamic shear test system and method

A core sampling and preservation system comprises the following sequentially connected modules: a drive module (), a preservation module () and a core sampling module (). The core sampling module () comprises a core drilling tool and a core sample storage compartment. The preservation module () comprises a core sample preservation container. The drive module comprises a core drill having a liquid channel. The core sample preservation container comprises an inner core barrel (), an outer core barrel () and an energy storage device (). The outer core barrel () is sleeved onto the inner core barrel (). An upper end of the inner core barrel () is in communication with a liquid nitrogen storage tank (). The liquid nitrogen storage tank () is positioned inside the outer core barrel (). The energy storage device () is in communication with the outer core barrel (). The outer core barrel () is provided with a butterfly valve (). The system facilitates preserving a core at in-situ conditions, and has an increased drilling speed, thereby enhancing core sampling efficiency.

Core sampling and preservation system

A system for the in-situ retained coring of a rock sample has a driving module (), a retaining module (), and a coring module () which are connected in sequence. The coring module () includes a rock core drilling tool and a rock core sample storage cylinder, the retaining module () includes a rock core sample retaining compartment. The driving module includes a coring drill machine that has a drill machine outer cylinder unlocking mechanism. The rock core drilling tool includes a coring drill tool, a core catcher (), and an inner core pipe (). The coring drill tool has an outer core pipe () and a hollow drill bit (). The rock core sample retaining compartment has an inner coring cylinder (), an outer coring cylinder (), and an energy accumulator ().

System for in-situ retained coring of rock sample

A fidelity retaining type coring device for a rock sample, comprising a rock core drilling tool, a rock core sample storage barrel, and a rock core sample fidelity retaining cabin. The rock core drilling tool comprises a coring drilling tool, a core catcher (), and an inner core pipe (); the coring drilling tool comprises an outer core pipe () and a hollow drill bit (), and the drill bit () is connected to the lower end of the outer core pipe (); the lower end of the inner core pipe () extends to the bottom of the outer core pipe (), and the inner core pipe () is in clearance fit with the outer core pipe (); the rock core sample fidelity retaining cabin comprises an inner coring barrel (), an outer coring barrel (), and an energy accumulator (); the outer coring barrel () is sleeved on the inner coring barrel (); the upper end of the inner coring barrel () is communicated with a liquid nitrogen storage tank (), and the liquid nitrogen storage tank () is located in the outer coring barrel (); the energy accumulator () is communicated with the outer coring barrel (); the outer coring barrel () is provided with a flap valve (). According to the device, a rock core can maintain its state in an in-situ environment; in addition, the drilling speed can be increased, and the coring efficiency can be improved.

Fidelity retaining type coring device for rock sample

The present disclosure provides a dynamic true triaxial electromagnetic Hopkinson bar system and testing method, the method including: firstly, before applying a static prestress and an impact load, recording and storing complete ultrasonic signals in the directions X, Y, and Z without application of the static prestress and the impact load; secondly, applying the static prestress; thirdly, recording and storing complete ultrasonic signals in the directions X, Y, and Z under the static prestress; fourthly, applying the impact load, and utilizing an triaxial and six-directional synchronous-coordinated-control electromagnetic loading system to apply a dynamic impact load to a test specimen; and fifthly, after completing the dynamic impact loading test, recording and storing once again complete ultrasonic signals in the directions X, Y, and Z without releasing the static prestress after application of the static prestress and the dynamic impact load.
