A needle-tract assistants () for establishing a needle tract of a predetermined length, including a needle thruster () and a needle-in-catheter assembly () removably loaded in the needle thruster (). The needle thruster () can include a cradle (), a carriage() within the cradle (), and a plunger () coupled to the carriages (). The carriages () can be configured to move between a proximal-end portion and a distal-end portion of the cradle(). The plungers () can be configured to move the carriages () within the cradle(). The plungers () can also be configured to allow a user to set the predetermined length of the needle tract before establishing the needle tract. The needle-in-catheter assembly () can include a hub (), a catheter tube () extending from a distal-end portion of the hub (), and a needle () disposed within the catheter tube (). Needle-tract assistant including components and methods thereof

An implant delivery device () includes a casing (); and inner and outer tube driving members (), an inner tube (), an intermediate tube (), an outer tube () and an air-evacuation locking assembly (), each at least partially accommodated in the casing (). The three tubes are sequentially nested in one another, and first, second and third spaces are formed between neighbouring tubes. The inner tube driving member () has a proximal end that is sealingly fixed to a proximal end of the inner tube (), and the outer tube driving member () is sealingly fixed to a proximal end of the outer tube (). The intermediate tube () has a proximal end that is sealingly fixed to the inner tube driving member (), and the intermediate tube extends through and is sealingly connected to the outer tube driving member (). The air-evacuation locking assembly () is detachably coupled to the inner tube driving member (). The inner tube driving member () and the air-evacuation locking assembly () are provided with first and second air-evacuation channels (A, B), respectively. When the air-evacuation locking assembly () is coupled to the inner tube driving member (), the second air-evacuation channel (B) is brought into communication with the second and third spaces via the first air-evacuation channel (A) and the first space. The inner tube driving member () is coupled to the casing () by the air-evacuation locking assembly (). When the air-evacuation locking assembly () is disconnected from the inner tube driving member (), the inner tube driving member () remains in slidable connection with the casing ().

Implant delivery apparatus

A drive handle and system for delivering an implant are disclosed. The drive handle includes a manual control unit, an electrical control unit and a transmission mechanism. The manual control unit is connected to the transmission mechanism to actuate the transmission mechanism to drive a delivery catheter for delivering the implant. The electrical control unit is connected to the transmission mechanism to actuate the transmission mechanism to drive the delivery catheter. The drive handle is switchable between a manual drive/control mode and an electrical drive/control mode to drive the delivery catheter to deliver the implant. The operation is simple, and the operating physician can take full advantage of the two modes to perform the surgical procedure based on his/her own operational preferences. This can result in higher surgical accuracy. Further, by providing these two modes, the apparatus has an increased the security and a reduced surgical risk.

Driving handle for delivering implant, and delivery system

An implant capsule () and an implant delivery system are disclosed. The implant capsule () includes, sequentially from a proximal end to a distal end, a flexural section (-), a reinforcement section (-) and a radiopaque reinforcement ring (-). The reinforcement section (-) has higher strength than the flexural section (-). The implant delivery system includes the implant capsule (). The implant capsule () can ensure the implant to be deployed in a coaxial condition and prevent over-expansion due to large expansion forces exerted by a stent of the implant.

Implant capsule and implant delivery system

A device and method for loading an implant into a delivery system are disclose which are capable of simplifying operations required in interventional surgery using the implant. The device includes a guide cap (), a guider () and a guiding tube (). The guide cap () has a conical section () and a straight or conical tube () in communication with a small open end () of the conical section, and the conical section has a large open end () that flares outward, thereby forming a flange () facing the tube (). The guider () has tapered sections () that are tapered along an axis of the guider and thus form large and small open ends (). The small open end () has a diameter greater than a diameter of the small open end () of the conical section of the guide cap (). The guide cap () and the guider () are so sized that the flange () can cover and be locked to the guider (), with an end portion of the straight or conical tube () protruding from the small open end () of the guider (). The guiding tube () is a round tube with two open ends, in which the first open end has a diameter greater than the diameter of the small open end () of the conical section of the guide cap and smaller than the diameter of the small open end () of the guider.

Device and method for loading implant into delivery system

An electric handle for delivering an implant is disclosed. The electric handle () includes an electric control unit (), a power-driven transmission mechanism (), a handle housing (), an outer tube anchor () and an inner tube anchor (), wherein: the electric control unit () is operatively coupled to the power-driven transmission mechanism () to actuate the power-driven transmission mechanism (); the power-driven transmission mechanism () is supported within the handle housing () and moveable together with the outer tube anchor (); the inner tube anchor () is disposed within the handle housing () and is configured to hold an inner tube () of a delivery system; and the outer tube anchor () is configured to hold an outer tube () of the delivery system and is fixed to an end of the outer tube (). A delivery system used especially for delivery of prosthetic valves is also disclosed, including an outer tube (), an inner tube (), an expandable implant () and the electric handle ().
