The present disclosure discloses a subject matter message notification method performed at a terminal and to be disseminated to one or more target users. The method includes: displaying a subject matter editing interface, the subject matter editing interface including an editing item used for editing subject matter content, an editing item used for adding a target user, and an editing item used for adding a file; generating a subject matter message in accordance with user-provided subject matter content through the editing item used for editing subject matter content, one or more user-selected target users through the editing item used for adding a target user, and one or more user-selected files through the editing item used for adding a file; and sending the subject matter message to a server, wherein the server is configured to send the subject matter message to the one or more user-selected target users.

The present application discloses a file transfer system, a policy server, a terminal, and a file transfer method. The file transfer system includes a file sending terminal, a file receiving terminal, the policy server, and a file server. The file sending terminal is configured to acquire and report a unique identifier of a file to be transferred to the file receiving terminal; the policy server is configured to query, according to the unique identifier, whether the file server stores a backup file same as the file to be transferred; and when the file server stores the backup file, the policy server is further configured to indicate transfer of the backup file from the file server to the file receiving terminal. The present application enables a file receiving terminal to acquire a file to be transferred at a transfer speed corresponding to a downlink bandwidth of the file receiving terminal, so as to accelerate a process of file transfer between terminals.

A message synchronizing method, a message synchronizing system, a server and a client device are disclosed. In the method, a server acquires a shared message with an unread mark corresponding to a first communication account after at least one client device logs into the first communication account; the server sends the shared message with the unread mark to each of the at least one client device; if the server receives a read mark reported by any of the at least one client device after the shared message with the unread mark is read by the any of the at least one client device, the server performs synchronization, for the read mark, on each of the at the least one client device except the client device reporting the read mark. Message reading states among client devices for same communication account are synchronized.
