A vibration system of an ultra-thin full-range loudspeaker includes a diaphragm and frameless winding voice coils directly attached to the diaphragm. Each frameless winding voice coil is a planar coil formed by winding a single enameled wire. Each planar coil is of a racetrack or an annular shape and the enameled wires are arranged by tightly contacting to each other. According to the vibration system, the frameless winding voice coils are directly attached to the diaphragm, and lead wires of the voice coils are tightly arranged, so that a space utilization rate in a magnetic gap is effectively improved, so as to improve a driving force factor BL and an output sensitivity.

A terminal component is applied to a speaker, and includes two terminals, a sleeve seat, and two fixing heads. Each terminal includes a terminal head and a terminal body. The sleeve seat includes two terminal blocks. The two terminal blocks respectively accommodate the two terminal bodies, so that the two terminal heads are exposed outside the sleeve seat. The two fixing heads are respectively combined with the two terminal heads, to respectively fasten two wires to the two terminals.

A speaker capable of active cooling includes a basin frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system accommodated in the basin frame. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil fixed on the diaphragm through a top end of a winding portion thereof. The magnetic circuit system includes a T-iron, a magnet and a washer, wherein the washer and the magnet are located above the T-iron, a magnetic gap is formed between the washer and the magnet and the T-iron, and the voice coil moves up and down in the magnetic gap. The speaker further comprises an active cooling module fixed to a back of the T-iron, and the active cooling module cools the magnetic circuit system by means of heat conduction.

A method for generating a prediction curve for acoustic load of a loudspeaker, the loudspeaker including a horn and a diaphragm, one end of the horn is defined as a throat, and the outside of the other end of the horn is free space, wherein a sound wave from the diaphragm passes through the throat and gradually diffuses to the free space outside the other end of the horn, includes defining a cross section or a surface, where the cross section is a cross section of the throat, and the surface is a surface of the diaphragm; integrating a sound pressure value of the cross section or the surface to obtain an effective sound pressure, or integrating acoustic energy of the cross section or the surface to obtain a radiated sound power; and generating the prediction curve according to the effective sound pressure or the radiated sound power, where the prediction curve is an acoustic impedance curve or an acoustic power curve.

A speaker system with a thermoelectric conversion device includes a basin frame and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the basin frame. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The magnetic circuit system includes a T-iron, a magnet and a washer, with a magnetic gap between the washer and the magnet and the T-iron. The voice coil moves up and down in the magnetic gap. A thermoelectric conversion device is connected to the speaker including a thermoelectric power generation module, a boost circuit module, and a load management module. The thermoelectric power generation module is fixedly connected to a back surface of the T-iron for thermoelectric power generation. The boost circuit module boosts and regulates a direct current outputted by the thermoelectric power generation module. The load management module performs a power distribution and load management on the boosted new power.

This disclosure provides a dome tweeter, including a vibrating diaphragm, a surround, a voice coil, and a magnetic circuit. The vibrating diaphragm includes a dome portion. One end of the surround is connected to the dome portion of the vibrating diaphragm. The voice coil is located below the vibrating diaphragm. The magnetic circuit is located below the voice coil and includes a T-shaped yoke iron, the center of the T-shaped yoke iron is provided with a through hole, and the through hole faces a central position of the vibrating diaphragm.

The vibration system comprises a vibration film and a planar voice coil, the vibration film forming a contiguous inward recess structure in the middle thereof, the planar voice coil being provided with a bar-like aperture, and the planar voice coil being adhered and fixed to the vibration film The magnetic system comprises a U-shaped soft iron and a bar-shaped magnet, the bar-shaped magnet being disposed above the U-shaped soft iron and disposed beneath the bar-shaped aperture, the U-shaped soft iron being connected to the frame by means of injection molding, and the acoustic foam being adhered to a bottom face of the U-shaped soft iron.
