An adjustable device for railway to cross active faults is provided to fix a rail and a sleeper, including: a fastener mounting base, disposed between the rail and sleeper; clamping pipes, disposed between the fastener mounting base and the sleeper, the sleeper is provided with a through groove, and the clamping pipes are detachably fixed inside the through groove; control parts, disposed on an inner wall of the clamping pipes, each of the control parts is configured to detect lateral pressures between the fastener mounting base and corresponding one of the clamping pipes, thereby to separate the corresponding one of the clamping pipes from the through groove, the device ensures that the rail will not produce bending deformations after the lateral dislocation of the bottom layer during earthquake events, and ensure that a train or rail repair vehicle can pass at a low speed after earthquake.

A construction and/or installation method for using phosphogypsum in embankment improvement includes preparing a phosphogypsum-containing embankment mixture, setting moisture content of an embankment mixture, paving a modified phosphogypsum-containing embankment, and reversely layering anti-seepage cushion layers from two sides of the embankment to the center of the embankment. The preparation of a phosphogypsum-containing embankment mixture can include the following: 90 parts by weight of phosphogypsum and 10 parts by weight of cement are weighted, uniformly mixed and stirred to obtain a base material mixture; and 2-4 parts by weight of sodium silicate is weighted and dissolved in water, and an obtained solution is added to the base material mixture to obtain the phosphogypsum-containing embankment mixture. The construction and/or installation method for using phosphogypsum in an embankment improvement can satisfy embankment strength and rebound modulus requirements, and can be widely applied to a filling-deficient area and an area with a relatively high yield of phosphogypsum solid wastes.

The present invention provides a method for protecting a soil slope from rain erosion by improving with phosphogypsum and a microbe. The method includes: (1) placingin a culture medium to prepare a microbial solution, and mixing urea, calcium chloride and water to prepare a cementing solution; (2) mixing a mixture, the microbial solution and water well, and adding the cementing solution and water to prepare an improving mixture slurry; and (3) spraying the improving mixture slurry to a face of the slope twice by wet spraying, mixing the improving mixture slurry with grass seeds well, spraying to the face of the slope once, covering with a non-woven fabric by tying and fixing to the slope, and watering every day.

Protection method against rain erosion for soil slope improved by phosphogypsum and microbe

The design and construction method can meet construction requirements of highway embankment projects and roadbed projects of first-grade and other grades of roads, and consume solid waste phosphogypsum.

A construction method for reinforcing a loess embankment by combining microbial mineralization with phosphogypsum. The method includes: (1) placingin a culture medium to prepare a microbial solution, and mixing urea, calcium chloride and water to prepare a cementing solution; (2) mixing a mixture, the microbial solution and water well, and adding the cementing solution and water to prepare an improving mixture; and (3) leveling and compacting an original ground; laying a geomembrane, the improving mixture and a geogrid; laying a last geomembrane on the top of the embankment after the embankment is laid, and then laying a roadbed. The method meets the improvement and construction requirements of loess embankments of high-grade highways, and reduces the stock of phosphogypsum, thereby reducing the occupation of cultivated land. The microbial improvement of the phosphogypsum achieves the immobilization of harmful elements, thereby reducing environmental pollution.

The preparation of the phosphogypsum-containing roadbed mixture includes 90 parts by weight of phosphogypsum and 10 parts by weight of cement, and uniformly mixed and stirred to obtain a base material mixture; and 2-4 parts by weight of sodium silicate is dissolved in water, and the obtained solution is added to the base material mixture to obtain the phosphogypsum-containing roadbed mixture.
