A cell handover method and a cell handover device are provided. The method includes: a first stereo cell where a spatial terminal is located is determined based on first position information where the spatial terminal is located; a second stereo cell to be switched for the spatial terminal is determined based on second position information where the spatial terminal is located after a time period and a cell handover strategy; and a handover message is sent to the spatial terminal to indicate the spatial terminal to switch from the first stereo cell to the second stereo cell.

Methods, apparatus, and processor-readable storage media for query processing based on a stochastic prediction model are provided herein. An example computer-implemented method includes maintaining information associated with a set of database operators corresponding to one or more historical query plans, wherein each of the historical query plans is associated with processing of a corresponding historical query in a database; building, based on the maintained information, a data structure comprising probabilities of each database operator in the set transitioning to each of one or more of the other database operators in the set; obtaining a new query to be processed in the database; applying a stochastic prediction algorithm to identify, from among the historical query plans, at least one candidate query plan for the new query based on the data structure; and executing the at least one candidate query plan to access data from the database for the new query.

Query processing based on stochastic prediction model

A vehicle seat is provided having a track assembly to allow a seat bottom to slide in a fore-aft direction. A lock assembly is connected to the track assembly and moveable between a locked status and an unlocked status, wherein in the locked status the seat bottom is prevented from sliding, and in the unlocked status, the seat bottom is allowed to slide. A seatback is pivotally connected to the seat bottom. When the seatback is pivoted forward to a first inclined position, the seatback engages and moves the lock assembly to the unlocked status. In the unlocked status, the seat bottom is biased to slide rearward to a rear storage position. In the rear storage position, the lock assembly is moved to the locked status.

An anti-submarine arrangement for a vehicle seat includes an elongated member pivotably attached between opposing members of a seat bottom support structure. A leg is fixedly attached to the elongated member and pivotably attached to a structural portion of the vehicle seat. The elongated member is rotatable forward and downward relative to the structural portion of the vehicle seat. A damper arrangement is attached to the leg and to the structural portion of the vehicle seat. The damper arrangement opposes a forward and downward rotation of the elongated member.
