The present disclosure discloses a transparent cover, a cover assembly and a luminous device thereof. The transparent cover includes a body and a plurality of light transparent portions arranged on the body at intervals and arranged above a plurality of light-emitting elements; light emitted by the plurality of light-emitting elements can be transmitted to outside through the plurality of light transparent portions. The body and the plurality of light transparent portions can move along a preset path under preset conditions to change a transmission path that the light emitted by the plurality of light-emitting elements passes through the plurality of light transparent portions. The present disclosure can change the transmission path of the light emitted by the plurality of light-emitting elements.

An LED lamp includes a heat sink defining a first installation groove arranged on a front surface thereof for receiving an LED light board therein, a first transparent plate covering on the LED light board, a rotating member and a moving member respectively installed on the heat sink, the moving member movably connected to the rotating member. The first transparent plate defines a first connecting portion arranged on a side of the first transparent plate near the moving member, and movably connected with the moving member. The present disclosure can conveniently adjust positions of the first transparent plate (i.e. a lens plate), according to requirements of different usage conditions, to further adjust distribution directions of light emitted from the LED lamp, which can adjust distribution directions of the light without needing to disassemble the LED lamp, and have a simple and convenient operation thereof.

The present disclosure provides a fixing member for an optical element and an LED lamp with the fixing member thereof. The LED lamp includes a base, an LED plate and the optical element. The LED plate includes a plurality of LED beads, the base including a receiving room that includes a mounting surface formed on the bottom thereof, the LED plate arranged on the mounting surface, and the optical element arranged on a light-emitting side of the LED plate; the LED lamp further includes a pressing member with one end being hinged to the base and the other end being buckled with the base, the pressing member presses against the optical element to keep the optical element on the base, which has advantages that the optical element can be assembled, disassembled and maintained without using tools.

Under the cooperation between the long striped mounting adapter body and the sucking plate and/or arm, the same luminaire can be applicable to a variety of different ways of mounting, with only a few components rather than a complete set of components changed. Thus, not only the procedure and time of production are simplified, but the production cost is greatly reduced.
