An image acquisition apparatus includes a camera, a first light source, a second light source, and a lens. The first light source is configured to emit first light toward one electrode plate so as to illuminate a local portion of the electrode plate, and the first light source emits the first light at an angle such that the first light is able to be reflected to the camera via the electrode plate. The second light source is configured to emit second light toward the other electrode plate so as to illuminate a local portion of the other electrode plate. The lens includes a reflective region, where the reflective region is arranged at an angle to reflect the second light reflected by the second electrode plate to the camera, such that the camera acquires a stitched image of the positive and negative electrode plates.

A misalignment detection method and apparatus for battery tabs, and a battery electrode plate winding system, are disclosed. The method includes winding a battery electrode plate onto a winding shaft. For an Nth layer (where N is an integer greater than zero) of the electrode plate section wound on the winding shaft, an image including a battery tab region is acquired during the winding period. A relative positional relationship between a battery tab and a reference part on the winding shaft is determined from the image. Based on this positional relationship and the layer number of the Nth electrode plate section, a misalignment amount of the battery tab is calculated for when the wound electrode plate is later pressed into a battery cell. The method enables real-time monitoring of tab alignment during winding, improving accuracy in battery cell assembly.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a winder system that includes a battery winder and a camera apparatus. The battery winder is configured to wind a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate of a battery. The camera apparatus includes: a camera and a lens, where an angle between a sensor target plane of the camera and a lens plane of the lens is a predetermined angle, and the predetermined angle is greater than 0 degree and less than or equal to 20 degrees. The camera apparatus is configured to obtain images of the positive electrode plate and images of the negative electrode plate concurrently. The camera apparatus according to the present disclosure can implement focusing of images on different working planes, thereby obtaining clear images of both positive electrode features and negative electrode features concurrently with a single camera.
