The present invention provides a filter antenna including a first resonant cavity and a second resonant cavity which are stacked from top to bottom and in coupling communication with each other, an antenna unit provided on a side of the first resonant cavity facing away from the second resonant cavity, and a feed structure provided in the second resonant cavity. The present invention integrates a filter with an antenna to ensure the performance of the filter antenna by using a SIW cavity filter, thereby effectively suppressing interference from out-of-band spurious signals. In addition, the stacking structure of the antenna and the filter effectively reduces a volume to achieve miniaturization, and the antenna structure is optimized in a compact environment.

Filter antenna

The present disclosure provides a millimeter wave LTCC filter including system ground layers and metalized vias; two first perturbation metallized vias provided in a first substrate integrated waveguide unit and two second perturbation metallized vias provided in a second substrate integrated waveguide unit; the two first perturbation metallized vias are symmetrically provided on a first diagonal of the first closed resonant cavity with respect to a geometric center of the first closed resonant cavity; the two second perturbation metallized vias are symmetrically provided on a second diagonal of the second closed resonant cavity with respect to a geometric center of the second closed resonant cavity, and the first diagonal and the second diagonal are orthogonal to each other; a first port and a second port. Compared with the related art, the millimeter wave LTCC filter of the present disclosure is small in volume, large in bandwidth, and low in loss.

Millimeter wave LTCC filter

An antenna module and a mobile terminal are provided. The antenna module is applied to a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal includes a 3D glass back cover. The antenna module includes a patch antenna provided inside of the 3D glass back cover and spaced apart from the 3D glass back cover by a predetermined distance. The patch antenna is fed with power through a probe and operates in millimeter wave bands. The antenna module and the mobile terminal provided effectively improve the impedance bandwidth by changing a position of a feeding point.

The present disclosure provides a filter antenna, including a radiation structure, a filter structure and a feed structure, the radiation structure comprises a plurality of antenna units stacked from top to bottom, the filter structure comprises a plurality of resonant cavities stacked from top to bottom and communicating sequentially in a coupling manner, the filter structure includes an input terminal and an output terminal, the radiation structure and the filter structure are stacked from top to bottom and electrically connected through the output terminal, and the feed structure has one end electrically connected to the input terminal of the filter structure and another end connected to an external power supply. Miniaturization is achieved by the stacking structure, filtering performance of the bandwidth is obtained by using the multi-stage SIW cavities cascaded, and the interference from out-of-band spurious signals in a frequency range of the bandwidth is effectively suppressed.

The present disclosure provides a surface-mounted device and a mobile terminal. The surface-mounted device includes a rigid-flex board, at least one antenna array provided at the rigid-flex board; and a radio frequency integrated chip packaged in the rigid-flex board and connected to the at least one antenna array. The surface-mounted device can be welded to a main board of the mobile terminal as a separate device, making the installation convenient. Moreover, an omnidirectional coverage can be achieved when two opposite corners of the mobile terminal are respectively provided with one surface-mounted device.

Surface-mounted device and mobile terminal

The present disclosure provides an antenna assembly. The antenna assembly comprises a rear cover with a closed metal frame and a circuit board arranged in the rear cover. A plurality of antenna units are arranged, each of which comprises an antenna slot and a first metal portion and a second metal portion which separates the metal frame through the antenna slot, a plurality of phase converters are arranged on the circuit board. Compared with the related art, the antenna assembly provided by the invention has the beneficial effect of good aesthetics, fast heat diffusion, good radiation performance and good antenna gain and space coverage.

Antenna assembly and mobile terminal using same

A filter antenna device is provided, which including a SIW filter structure, a SIW radiation structure cascaded with the SIW filter structure, a feeding port and a first coplanar waveguide that are provided on a side of the first resonant cavity facing away from the back cavity, a second coplanar waveguide provided on a side of the second resonant cavity close to the back cavity, a transmission wire provided in the back cavity and connected to one end of the second coplanar waveguide, and a probe connecting the transmission wire with the metal patch. The SIW filter structure includes a first resonant cavity and a second resonant cavity that are stacked from top to bottom and communicate with each other.

Filter antenna device

The present disclosure provides an AOG antenna system and a mobile terminal. The AOG antenna system includes a 3D glass back cover and a main board arranged opposite to and spaced apart from the 3D glass back cover. The AOG antenna system includes: a metal antenna attached to a surface of the 3D glass back cover; and a packaged feeding module provided between the 3D glass back cover and the main board and electrically connected to the main board. The packaged feeding module corresponds to a position of the metal antenna and feeds the metal antenna with power by coupling.

The present disclosure provides an antenna-in-package system and a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal includes a main board, wherein the antenna-in-package system includes a substrate, a metal antenna provided on a side of the substrate facing away from the main board, an integrated circuit chip provided on a side of the substrate facing towards the main board, a feeding network provided in the substrate and spaced apart from the metal antenna, and a circuit connecting the feeding network with the integrated circuit chip. The circuit is electrically connected to the main board. The feeding network is provided with a slit at a position corresponding to the metal antenna. The metal antenna is fed with power by coupling with the feeding network via the slit.

Antenna-in-package system and mobile terminal

The present invention provides a mobile terminal, which includes a Vivaldi antenna system arranged in the mobile terminal, wherein the Vivaldi antenna system includes two pairs of Vivaldi antenna arrays, opening directions of one pair of the Vivaldi antenna arrays are along a length direction of the mobile terminal, opening directions of the other pair of the Vivaldi antenna arrays are along a thickness direction of the mobile terminal, and each pair of the Vivaldi antenna arrays includes two Vivaldi antenna arrays with opposite opening directions, and the Vivaldi antenna arrays operate in a frequency band of 5G millimeter waves. Compared with the related art, the mobile terminal provided by the present disclosure has wide and uniform beam bandwidths in a non-scanning direction, thus achieving excellent spatial coverage efficiency.

Mobile terminal

A millimeter wave array antenna module and a mobile terminal are provided. The millimeter wave array antenna module includes a dielectric substrate, a radio frequency integrated circuit chip affixed to one side of the dielectric substrate, a plurality of antenna units arranged in an array and disposed on a side of the dielectric substrate facing away from the radio frequency integrated circuit chip, and a feeding network formed in the dielectric substrate. Each antenna unit is electrically connected to the radio frequency integrated circuit chip through the feeding network, and includes a substrate integrated waveguide and a patch antenna. The substrate integrated waveguide has a back cavity and the patch antenna is arranged in the back cavity and affixed to the substrate integrated waveguide.

Millimeter wave array antenna module and mobile terminal

A mobile terminal includes a metal frame. The metal frame includes two corners provided diagonally, and two long frames and two short frames respectively connected to two ends of the two corners. The antenna system includes four millimeter wave antenna arrays attached to an inner surface of the metal frame. A circumferential side of each corner is respectively provided with two millimeter wave antenna arrays provided perpendicular to each other, and one of the millimeter wave antenna arrays is provided at an end of the long frame close to the connected corner while the other millimeter wave antenna array is provided at an end of the short frame close to the connected corner. Positions of the metal frame corresponding to the four millimeter wave antenna arrays are each provided with a radiation window.

Antenna system and mobile terminal

An AOG antenna system and a mobile terminal are provided. The AOG antenna system includes an Antenna in Package (AiP) disposed between the main board and the 3D glass back cover and electrically connected to the main board, and a metal antenna formed on a surface of the 3D glass back cover. The metal antenna includes a first antenna attached to an inner surface of the 3D glass back cover and a second antenna attached to an outer surface of the 3D glass back cover. A position of the first antenna corresponds to a position of the AiP and is fed with power by coupling to the AiP, and a position of the second antenna corresponds to the position of the first antenna and is fed with power by coupling to the first antenna.

A mobile terminal includes a metal frame, and the metal frame includes two corners provided diagonally. The antenna system includes four SIW horn antenna arrays formed on the metal frame. The circumference side of each corner is respectively provided with two SIW horn antenna arrays arranged perpendicular to each other and one of the SIW horn antenna arrays is provided at an end of the long frame close to the connected corner, and the other SIW horn antenna array is provided at an end of the short frame close to the connected corner. The SIW horn antenna array includes multiple SIW horns. The metal frame is provided with multiple spaced through holes at positions corresponding to the SIW horns. The antenna system and the mobile terminal of the present disclosure have good overall coverage efficiency.
