A vibration device, including a housing having accommodating space, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic member accommodated in the housing. One of the vibrator and the stator includes a magnetic circuit unit while the other includes a coil, the vibrator includes a supporting frame fixed to the elastic member and suspended in the accommodating space by the elastic member, the supporting frame includes an accommodating cavity and, a coil or a magnetic circuit unit fixed and accommodated in the accommodating cavity. One end of the elastic member is fixedly connected with the supporting frame while anther end is fixedly connected with the housing. The supporting frame includes opposite first side walls and a second side wall forming an accommodating cavity, the first side wall is fixedly connected with the elastic member. A protrusion extends from the first side wall to the elastic member fixedly connected with the protrusion.

Vibration device and electronic device

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing; an elastic connecting piece; a fixed component; a vibrating component comprising a counterweight suspended in the housing by the elastic connecting piece; and a damping piece accommodated in the housing and fixed on the counterweight. One of the fixed component and the vibrating component includes coils, and the other includes a magnet. The counterweight includes a restricting protrusion extending from a side facing the elastic connecting piece for abutting against and restricting the damping piece.

Vibration motor

The present application provides a linear vibration motor, including a base, a vibrating unit and an elastic member. The elastic member includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member, the base includes two side plates facing toward each other along the vibrating direction of the vibrating unit, the first elastic member includes a first fixing arm fixed at the vibrating unit, two first elastic arms extending from the first fixing arm and two first connecting arms bending and extending from ends of two first elastic arms; the second elastic member includes a second fixing arm fixed at the vibrating unit, two second elastic arms bending and extending from two ends of the second fixing arm and two second connecting arms extending from the two second elastic arms; and the two first connecting arms and two second connecting arms are fixed at the two side plates, respectively.

Linear vibrator

A linear vibration motor is disclosed. The linear vibration motor, includes a housing provided with an accommodation space; a vibrator accommodated in the accommodation space; and an electromagnet accommodated in the accommodation space. The vibrator includes a weight having a through-hole and a plurality of permanent magnets engaging with an inner wall of the through-hole. The electromagnet is located in the through-hole and separated from the permanent magnets. The electromagnet includes an iron core and a coil around the iron core for producing magnet fields interacting with the permanent magnets further for producing attracting and repelling force to drive the vibrator to vibrate.

Linear vibration motor

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing, a substrate engaging with the housing, a vibration unit received in the housing, an elastic member suspending the vibration unit, and a coil assembly interacting with the vibration unit. The vibration unit further includes a slot for receiving a fixing part of the elastic member, and the slot includes a first part having a first width and a second part having a second width greater than the first width, and the first part is relatively closer to a distal end of the second fixing part.

A linear vibrating motor is provided in the present disclosure. The linear vibrating motor includes a housing, a vibrator, a stator and an elastic part. The vibrator and the stator are received in the housing, the elastic part suspends the vibrator. The stator includes a coil and a coil support supporting the coil. The coil support includes a supporting plate, a pair of supporting arms and a pair of supporting legs. The supporting plate supports the coil, the pair of supporting arms extends from ends of the supporting plate respectively, and the pair of supporting legs extends from ends of the supporting arms respectively and is opposite to the supporting plate. The vibrator comprises a groove to receive the supporting plate, and the vibrator is partially positioned between the pair of supporting arms.

Linear vibrating motor with coil between a plurality of magnet modules and mass units

A vibration motor includes a housing; a fixed component; an elastic connecting piece; and a vibrating component comprising a counterweight suspended by the elastic connecting piece. One of the fixed component and the vibrating component includes a coil, and the other includes a magnet. The vibration motor further includes a damping piece fixed on the counterweight and facing the elastic connecting piece. One of the counterweight and the damping piece is provided with a slot and a glue dispersing slot connecting with the slot, and a projecting part formed on the other of the counterweight and the damping piece for matching with the slot.

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing, a substrate engaging with the housing, a vibration unit received in the housing, an elastic member suspending the vibration unit, and a coil assembly interacting with the vibration unit. The coil assembly includes a coil located between the first magnet assembly and the second magnet assembly, and a coil support carrying the coil. The coil support includes a lower part mounted on the substrate, an upper part for carrying the coil, and a middle part spacing the upper part from the lower part.

The vibration unit includes a pit corresponding to the elastic member for providing an extra space for a tool to fix the elastic member to the housing.

The vibration motor includes a housing having a receiving space; a vibration unit accommodated in the receiving space, the vibration unit including a main weight, a main pole plate, and a main magnet carried by the main pole plate, the main weight comprising a first weight, and a second weight opposed to and apart from the first weight; and a plurality of elastic members suspending the vibration unit in the receiving space.
