A bed mesh combination device includes a feeding assembly movable in a first direction, two groups of welding cutter assemblies and a welding head assembly oppositely arranged in a second direction. The feeding assembly can lay a spring string on the welding cutter assembly, the welding cutter assembly includes a plurality of welding cutters extending in a third direction, the welding cutters of a same group are arranged at intervals along the first direction, the welding cutters of different groups are staggered in the first direction, the two groups of welding cutter assemblies respectively correspond to first and second welding positions of the spring string. The welding cutter assembly can push the spring string to move in the second direction, and the welding cutter assembly can reciprocate relative to the spring string in the third direction. The welding head assembly includes an ultrasonic welding head and a first driving member.

A pocket spring string, a pocket spring mattress core and a mattress. The pocket spring string includes: springs; cloth, which is folded and provided with welds to form multiple adjacent pockets, each pocket being provided with an opening, and the springs being received in the pockets respectively; and thread provided to stitch the openings so that the springs are packaged in the pockets in a compressed state. The pocket spring mattress core is formed by connection of the pocket spring strings, and the mattress includes a mattress cover and the pocket spring mattress core. Because the top and/or bottom of each pocket is provided with the opening which is stitched by the thread, when the thread is removed, the springs can be quickly separated from the pockets, so that the metal material and the cloth are separated without any special technical means.

The combining mechanism bonds and combines pocket spring strings to form an unshaped pocket spring bed mesh which is driven by the platform to move to the position of rotating mechanism to be rotated for adjusting the orientation, then the pocket spring bed mesh is moved by the platform to the combining mechanism, and the combining mechanism bonds and combines the side parts of the unshaped pocket spring bed mesh using a pocket spring string of a smaller diameter.

The folding mechanism includes at least one folding member movable back and forth to pass through the gap area, the folding member is capable of extending out of the gap area to abut against the cushion on the conveying platform, so as to turn up and fold the cushion.

A device and a method for manufacturing a pocket spring bed net. The device for manufacturing a pocket spring bed net includes a supply mechanism for providing sheet-like flexible materials; a spring string conveying mechanism with a first gap for clamping and conveying pocket spring strings; a glue spraying mechanism which sprays glue onto the sheet-like flexible materials and/or the pocket spring strings; and a pushing mechanism arranged in front of the spring string conveying mechanism and including at least one movable pushing and grasping component, where the pushing and grasping component pushes the sheet-like flexible materials and the pocket spring strings to be in contact with each other and bonded to form a pocket spring bed net. The embodiments improve the transportation cost and storage cost of pocket spring bed nets, and solve the problem that the pocket spring bed nets are difficult to compress and roll.
